This is absolutely gorgeous! I bought it to go in my office which I just painted Mountain Pine. It's very heavy and really feels much more expensive than it was.

The Obright desk lamp is heavy and durable. It fits a standard-sized lightbulb, and I opted to install a smart lightbulb to use as a silent alarm clock in the mornings. Even though, they aren’t identical it seamlessly coordinates with the O’Bright floor lamp offered by the same company.

Looks elegant and reasonably priced. Overall, seems good. However, there is one issue. The metallic inner shell for screwing the bulb in is SHAKY and WOBBLY. There is no way to tighten them. It's annoying and poses risk of easy failure and safety. Reached out to customer service. Response was quick and claimed this "movement" is a design feature. Weird and suspicious. May have to replace the socket sooner than later. Customer service wouldn't provide instructions for replacing the socket even though I am willing to buy a better and tested socket and replace it myself. Disappointing.
