Absolute game-changer for keeping my devices charged right at the workbench ⭐

I grabbed this power adapter hoping to clear some clutter off my workbench, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. If you are already heavily invested in the Makita 18V battery ecosystem, this thing is an absolute no-brainer. Snapping one of my standard power tool batteries onto the top of this compact unit instantly turns it into a high-capacity charging station for phones, tablets, and even my laptop. The build quality feels remarkably sturdy, locking securely onto the battery terminals just like any of my heavy-duty cordless tools, yet the overall weight remains impressively light and portable. Functionality is top-tier; the 100W USB-C output handles fast-charging protocols effortlessly, pushing juice to my electronics way quicker than standard wall blocks. I also really appreciate having the extra USB-A port handy for smaller accessories like flashlights or wireless earbuds without needing to swap cables around.Ease of use is as straightforward as sliding a battery onto a drill, and given that you are recycling power sources you already own, the value for money here is phenomenal. Anyone wondering about efficiency or battery drain can rest easy because it steps down the voltage safely and shuts off properly when devices reach full capacity. It is such a clever way to get extra mileage out of gear already sitting around the shop, and I am thoroughly impressed with how well it performs in a dusty garage environment! 👍

Excellent Makita 18V battery charger that can be used for charging devices and Makita 18v batteri...

I'm a big fan of this Makita 18V power tool battery charger / inverter. To be clear, it will work as a standalone battery charger to recharge your 18V Makita power tool batteries by plugging in a USB-C charging cable to the USB C port. It also acts as a power inverter and can charge any USB device when attached to a Makita 18V battery. No complaints with this. I tested with an OEM Makita 18V battery but some of my knockoff batteries that didn't have the yellow plastic connector didn't work so keep that in mind.

This charging adapter is built incredibly tough with heavy-duty plastic that locks firmly onto the battery without any wobbling. The ports feel solid and secure, ensuring it can handle the rough environment of a worksite or garage workshop. It delivers exceptionally fast charging speeds for phones and tablets alike. This is a highly dependable addition to your tool kit and would make a great gift for anyone already using the battery platform.

Simple USB adapterSimple USB adapter

Simple easy to use adapter for Makita batteries that allow you to turn the battery into a large power bank.Comes with one USB-A port and one USB-C port, as well as a wireless charging pad on top.Has a manual switch on the side for turning the adapter on or off which I quite like. There's never any guessing or messing with pressing and holding a power button, you just flip the switch and it's instantly on or off.Tested this out a 3rd party Makita battery and with my phone for a week and was able to charge my phone two times while the battery still retained about 50% of its charge, so it seems to work fine.Very handy if you have a lot of Makita batteries around the house like I do.

I'm a fan of using power tool batteries as a power bank, and these inexpensive adapters do a good job. This one in particular has good fast charging support, putting out 14V/20W to my iPad. It also charges the battery. My biggest complaint is it does not work with knockoff Makita batteries if they don't have the yellow connector, which is a quite common type of battery. I've seen other companies pull off both loading and charging the battery without the need for the yellow connector, so it's disappointing that that isn't possible with this one. Despite that, I have enough batteries with the yellow connector to be able to use this and it will come in handy.
