These outlet extenders are exactly what I wanted them to be: small, convenient, and surprisingly useful. Each one gives me 4 regular outlets plus 4 USB ports, including 2 USB-C ports, so I can plug in a ridiculous number of modern-day necessities without needing a giant power strip.They're compact enough that they don't take over the wall, and the design makes them especially handy for travel. I can definitely see why they're marketed for cruise ships, where outlet space can apparently be treated like premium real estate. 😂My only hesitation is the price. They're good-quality, useful little adapters, but I think part of what you're paying for is the "cruise travel" designation. If you don't specifically need something cruise-friendly, there are probably less expensive ways to get the same basic functionality.Still, they work well, take up very little space, and having USB and USB-C charging built right in is incredibly convenient. Good product, just a little pricier than I'd like.

My immediate reaction when opening this was, great! one for the kitchen to charge my phone and one for travel. It is perfect for that sort of thing. You can see in the attached photo the two USB ports and the two USB-c smaller ports and the one electrical outlet on the face of it. Perfect for at least a couple of phones and a laptop etc. You need one outlet to plug it in, and it gives you that same three-pronged outlet, so nothing lost. What you cannot see in the photo, it also has three more electrical outlets on the top and both sides, so you do technically gain three more outlets. However, those outlets are only two-pronged outlets so at least for me, only marginally useful. For example, when traveling, I can see needing the charging ports on a nightstand where the only outlet is used by a lamp. I could plug the lamp into one of the two-pronged outlets have all my charging ports and still gain a three-pronged outlet. These are very handy items to have, even perfect for the occasional use in a spare bedroom as well.
