I have a desk in my office that I use for building and fixing things. I repair cell phones, tablets, miscellaneous electronics plus build personal computers and work on mechanical items from radio controlled cars to firearms. Dealing with intricate items that use small screws and fasteners you really need good lighting and this light doesn’t disappoint. Easy to position with its long flexible neck and firm clamp mount. The clamp has fairly decent range and good nonslip retention on most surfaces. The frosted lens provides really good room filling light without hot spots or harshness. I was generally impressed with the brightness and range. In my kitchen the countertop is fairly thick with a rounded edge and the clamp did have issue near the round edge. Although I would have been surprised if it or any clamp could hold in that area. Obviously, it will hold better on a flat surface. I also wish that the neck and clamp would have been in a matte black like the back of the light head. Fingerprints really show on the shiny mirror like surface of the clamp.

This is a great little craft light that I can easily move wherever I need extra lighting. The clip style clamp is very strong and has rubber grips on the ends, so it holds securely without sliding around or scratching the surface. One feature I really appreciate is the extra long power cord. So many craft lights have cords that are too short, but this one gives you plenty of flexibility when deciding where to place it.The flexible gooseneck makes it easy to position the light exactly where you need it, and the on/off switch is conveniently located on top of the light for quick access. It's a well made, versatile light that's perfect for crafts, hobbies, reading, or any task where you need a little extra illumination. I'm very happy with it.

Wow. This is a BRIGHT lamp. I don't have a way to test if it is 2500 lumens but I believe it. The clamp is STURDY. It's a little tricky to squeeze to open with my non-dominant hand. It has one heck of a spring in it. I clamped it on to a one inch thick wood desk and it fit fine. Any thicker might not work as well. The articulating neck bends a little stiffly but it stays where you put it. The cord is reasonably long. The version I have is not adjustable brightness and is controlled by a single switch on the top of the unit that holds the light. Light color is very white and good for when you need to see nuances in different shades of whatever you're working on.

This clamp light is excellent for focused, bright task lighting. The 2500 lumens make a real difference—everything in my workspace is clearly visible, whether I’m working in the garage, sewing, or doing detailed crafting. I also like that it’s a bright small-area light rather than just “ambient” lighting, so it’s easier to see what I’m doing. It’s easy to clamp on securely, and the aluminum alloy lamp head feels solid and durable. The 8.2-foot extended cord is a nice bonus too; it gives flexibility without needing an immediate outlet nearby. Overall, great value for the brightness and build quality, and it’s become a go-to light for any project.

This clamp light works exactly as described and has become a daily staple for me. The clamp itself is sturdy and stays firmly put, while the long neck is incredibly easy to adjust and holds its position without drooping. The LED light is surprisingly bright, even brighter than expected, making it highly versatile for various tasks. Since it requires absolutely no assembly, it was ready to use right away. It is completely portable and easy to move around the house wherever extra light is needed. When not in use, the lamp folds up smoothly, making it simple to store away. It is a highly practical tool that delivers solid performance.

This is a great little work light! The light itself is incredibly bright and does an excellent job lighting up my workspace. One feature I really like is the extra-long cord—it’s over 8 feet long, which makes it easy to position exactly where you need it without constantly searching for an extension cord. The magnetic base is a nice bonus and surprisingly strong. It’s really convenient to be able to attach the light to metal surfaces and keep both hands free while working. Overall, this is a well-designed, practical work light that works exactly as advertised.

This clamp light is seriously impressive. The brightness is incredible, more than enough for detailed work, crafting, sewing, workshop projects, or lighting up a small work area. The 2500 lumens provide a clean, powerful light that makes it easy to see every detail. The clamp is sturdy, the aluminum lamp head feels well-made, and the extra-long cord gives you plenty of flexibility when setting it up. I’ve used a lot of task lights over the years, and this is one of the brightest I’ve owned. My only minor complaint is the price. It’s a little more expensive than some comparable lights, but the performance and build quality help justify the cost.Overall, if you need a powerful work light and don’t mind spending a little extra, this one delivers.

This is an absolute must if you have a modestly sized workshop, whether in the house, garage, or shed. The magnetic base design is perfect when using the lamp alongside machinery such as a lathe, grinder, sewing machine, or any table-mounted work tool where spot lighting is essential. A screw-mounted, L-shaped metal plate is included to complement the lamp's magnetic base.Note that the ON/OFF switch at the base controls the magnets' power and doesn't require an external power source. The light's main ON/OFF switch is at the top or back of the lamp, which is enclosed in a relatively thick, painted aluminum housing to protect the LEDs and other electronic components. Also, making this worklight a direct AC-to-DC plug-in, rather than a rechargeable one, avoids the hassle of recharging and the built-in rechargeable batteries reaching the end of their life. The 2.5-meter-long cord attached to the AC-to-DC power brick is long enough for most scenarios, but you can always use an extension cord if it's not.Although the base may seem small, the magnetic power is very strong, so that you don't have to take it off the base when making neck adjustments (it is also moderately stiff). The only drawbacks I foresee are servicing the LED and the lack of specs (other than that it's 25W) on the power cube, should it need replacing. But the 2500-lumen lamp is bright enough and covers a sizeable area, yet not glaringly or overwhelmingly so.Overall, it's a good-quality, portable, magnetically attached lighting contraption that will please hobbyists, DIYers, and households that need adequate spot lighting for their projects.
