Cuts cultured marble like buttah!Cuts cultured marble like buttah!

I've used a few angle grinder tile/stone cutting disks before, with varying results, including expensive 25 bucks each wheels from the big box store. For the money, you get 4 wheels complete with a full assortment of washers to adapt to the arbor size on your grinder. These fit my cheapo HF grinder with the stock arbor just fine. They run true with minimal runout and no excess vibration. For my test cut, I cut a 1 inch square out of the corner of a 1/2" thick piece of cultured marble. These wheels cut fast and leave a smooth surface, after the cut there was almost zero visible evidence the wheel had even been used, and it was still cool to the touch.Overall, these are very effective cutting wheels and an absolute bargain at the price.

Thin kerf and nicely packagedThin kerf and nicely packaged

[Size: 4-1/2 Inch, Number of Items: 4, Size: 4-1/2 Inch, Number of Items: 4]
These are impressively thin diamond blades, which makes them well suited to tile, glass, and other brittle materials where a wide cut just wastes material and increases the chance of chipping. The 1 mm kerf also makes them feel much more precise than a typical general-purpose masonry wheel.I also like that all four blades come individually protected rather than rattling around together in one package. They fit a standard 4-1/2 inch angle grinder and can be used wet or dry depending on the job.A useful set when you need a cleaner, finer cut than a conventional abrasive wheel can provide.

Smooth, clean cuts.

[Size: 4-1/2 Inch, Number of Items: 4]
These tile-cutting wheels cut cleanly and don't cause any chipping; take your time - don't try to rush it and let the wheel do its job. The wheels fit my 4 1/2" Ridgid angle grinder well, and I used an included washer to ensure a tight fit. At $13 for four, it is way cheaper than hiring someone to cut the tile for you.

Clean Cuts, Good Blade Life, and a Solid Four Pack for Tile Work

[Size: 4-1/2 Inch, Number of Items: 4]
These TKDMR 4 1/2 inch diamond blades have worked well for cutting porcelain tile with an angle grinder, especially when trimming pieces that were already marked and fitted around corners. On 12 x 24 porcelain tile, the blade tracked the cut line well without wandering much, and taking a couple of lighter passes before cutting all the way through kept edge chipping under control. It also handled short notch cuts around a doorway and plumbing openings without feeling overly aggressive. The blades are thin enough to make clean cuts but still feel stable when working through harder porcelain. The edge stayed consistent through repeated cuts instead of starting strong and quickly slowing down. Using water when practical helped keep the blade cooler and produced a cleaner edge, although dry trimming with an angle grinder also worked well for shorter cuts.Compared with similar 4 1/2 inch diamond tile blades sold individually, this four pack offers better value for anyone doing more than a few cuts. Having four individually packaged blades is convenient because unused blades stay protected in the toolbox instead of rubbing against other discs. Performance is also more consistent than some general purpose diamond blades that can cut tile but tend to leave a rougher edge or require extra cleanup with a diamond polishing pad. These are best treated as dedicated tile blades rather than general masonry discs. For porcelain and ceramic tile, the cutting speed, edge quality, and four blade quantity make the set a practical buy for remodeling work or keeping extras on hand.**Pros:*** Clean cuts on porcelain tile* Thin blade works well for detailed trimming and notch cuts* Stays stable during longer straight cuts* Four individually packaged blades* Good value when several tile projects are planned* Works well on both a wet tile saw setup and an angle grinder**Cons:*** Dry cutting creates plenty of dust* Best edge quality still requires slower, controlled passes* Very hard porcelain may need light finishing along exposed cut edges

I ordered these saw blades to cut through irregular shaped rocks so they can be polished. They fit well on my 4.5" angle grinder. From a feel perspective, it's a heavy, layered blade with a steel center, arced edge, and a coarse diamond cutting surface. The blades quickly cut through stones leaving a clean and flat surface. There was also no chipping. The blade did all of the work. There was no need to force the blade onto the rock. There is a ton of rock dust created from this blade while cutting so I recommend insuring the wheel on the grinder spins away from your body and that you wear complete PPE. From a safety perspective, it's also important to keep this blade perpendicular to the item you're cutting. The rocks I was cutting were fairly soft, 3 or 4 on the Mohs scale, and I was concerned they might crumble. The quality and sharpness of the blade prevented that. The blade is thin, 1.2MM, but leaves a fairly wide kerf, so account for that in your measurements. The blades come individually wrapped in a soft sleeve. I recommend keeping the blades in the sleeves and the package to avoid damage. This is a well made product with a layered design that I suspect will cut a lot of masonry. Getting four blades at this price is a tremendous value. Strong buy recommendation.

Heavy steel core with a durable diamond layer. 4 sets of arbor adapters included. Great price!

[Size: 4-1/2 Inch, Number of Items: 4]
The first thing you'll notice is how heavy a pack of 4 feels because the base layer in each is a steel core, then a bonding layer, and finally the impregnated diamond abrasive. They feel very solid especially with the additional pressure of your outer flange nut. The abrasive layer coats both sides and the cutting edge and its very hard and durable and won't chip off despite the hardness of the material your working on. If your face grinding, the disc can also be flipped over and used before having to replace it. Discs have a 7/8" arbor and ship with 4 sets of arbor adapters. I'm using these on a Metabo 4 1/2" WP125 grinder which has a 5/8" spindle but the inner flange has a 7/8" adapter, so nothing but the disc is needed. It bolts on tightly and feels very solid. I tested these on polished river rock we collect and many of them are extremely hard. The discs slice and face grind very well with light pressure and generate the dust volume expected with a dry blade. These wear very slowly and I had minimal material get stuck on the blade from face grinding. Aside from modifying river rock, these are perfect for tile work especially circular closet flange openings, notches for water lines, and edge miters and roundovers. I think these are well made and at less than 5$ ea are a good value.
