I thought the conduit itself would be 4', but that is not the case. The conduit is between 34 and 35 inches (it's hard to measure around the bends) while the wires are 4feet. To be fair, they did say the "whip" was 4 feet, not the conduit. That misunderstanding set aside, this seems to be a great set: it is pre-built with a 90deg elbow on one side and straight on the other. The cables are tightly crimped with spade bits and heat shrink on each end. Both end fittings include washers and nuts and they even threw in a bag of straps with screws, anchors and a couple of reducing washers.10awg is my preference for many solar applications and the color coordination is very helpful. The whole assembly - wires and conduit - are quite stiff, but still flexible. Just something to keep in mind if you are used to welding cable like me.

I recently ordered this 1/2" 4FT power whip and I am extremely impressed with the overall quality! 🌟 It comes exactly as described with 10 AWG multi-stranded wires (Red, Black, and Ground—just a heads up that there is NO neutral wire, which was perfectly fine for my setup). ⚡️The absolute best part is that the connectors and conduit are completely preassembled right out of the box. It saved me so much time and frustration compared to trying to put a DIY setup together from scratch. ⏱️They also threw in a really nice assortment of solid steel clips and a knockout reducer, which ended up being a total lifesaver, saving me yet another trip back to the hardware store. 🙌 I actually needed to use a 3/4" knockout on my end, and I was able to easily size it back down to 1/2" using the included reducer piece. Everything feels well made and is also UL Listed too! 🛠️

Excellent wiring kit with everything you need to quickly and easily hook up a 240V 40A circuit (non-split-phase), including fittings and conduit mounting equipment. The conduit is standard liquid tight flexible nonmetallic (1/2”), and there are 3 x 10AWG THHN copper wires, pre-terminated with spade terminals, with a solid 6” of length to spare on either side. Both the wires and the conduit (and fittings) are UL listed. Everything seems to be of high quality and durable - certainly no less than the stuff you’ll find at the hardware store. You’ll pay a lot less for this too! Great value and works great.

I think the description is a little misleading, you maybe have 32 inches of watertight non metallic conduit here but certainly not 4 feet. There's about 6 inches of really high quality THHN with heat shrinked spade terminals sticking out of each end but still a generous measure.Other than that, it's a really high quality whip for outdoor equipment. Works well for AC condensers or pool equipment, and fits in a standard 1/2 knockout. Both ends have gaskets and nuts for weatherproofing, one end is a straight termination and the other has a 90 degree elbow.Great value if you have 32 inches from knockout to knockout, just don't expect to get 4 feet out of it

I’ve used generic whips before and they are kind of cheesy. This one is noticeably higher quality. The terminals make it a breeze to connect, the gaskets are solid, and there are options for different sized knock-outs in case you are like me and always knock out more than you intend. 4ft isn’t a lot to work with but I liked that it didn’t leave excess to have to tidy up. I used mine on a 12/2 120v mini split / disconnect hook-up with the red as the neutral. The wires were a little thick and a little longer than I needed in the box, I just had to cram them in with all my strength and slam it shut. Overall good product.
