This worked exactly as expected and made a huge difference in how smoothly my valve operates. Before replacing it, I had to use my whole hand and quite a bit of effort to turn the valve. Now I can easily turn it with a single finger.It came pre-greased and slid into place without any issues after I cleaned the valve body thoroughly with white vinegar. My only minor suggestion would be to include a small amount of extra grease. The pre-applied grease was enough for the installation, but having a little extra would have been nice.Overall, fitment was excellent, installation was straightforward, and the difference in operation was immediately noticeable. Very happy with the result.

All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and a needle-nose plyers.
