This lamp set comes in with a minimal amount of assembly needed. I just had to put the lamp shades together and that was super simple with clipping the rings for the shade onto the shades. Then I screwed the plastic bit in near the light bulb and screwed in the light bulb. That was it. A pair of light bulbs were also included so this was super easy and had everything I needed. I appreciate that bulbs were included and that they are the standard bulb size.What I liked about it: Cute, easy, and good value.What I didn't like: No issues found.Overall, I recommend this set of lamps!

These lamps have a decent design and look good on the nightstands by our bed. Assembling it was a little bit tricky because one of them wouldn’t thread correctly and as I was trying to tighten it the knob that turns it on and off bent badly. Other than that, that lampshades were nice as assemble pretty easily, but they do have a Velcro seam. Some other lamps don’t have any seam at all. The provided bulb is kind of interesting in that it has three different color temperatures, but they rotate through with all three turns of the switch so when the power goes out and next time you turn it back on, it’ll go back to a color that you may not like. Personally, I would rather have one that is just a soft white for a bedroom, so I might just buy new bulbs. Overall not a bad set of two matching lamps.

I'd been looking for an inexpensive pair of table lamps ever since my daughter bought this set and swapped out the shades, and these fit the bill perfectly! I love the bases. They're a wood look-alike made from resin, but they look like wood while the polished surface means they wipe clean far more easily than real wood would.Assembly of the base takes under a minute: you pull the cord down through the longer section, then screw the top in. That's it. I managed to do it with zero instructions, although the listing has excellent photo instructions for reference. The 21" height in the title includes the shade, so the base itself is closer to 15". They're lightweight but sturdy. With the shade on, the lamp stays put on my nightstands with no tipping or wobbling, and the shade doesn't spin. Both lamps in my set matched each other. Bulbs are included, and the cord runs about three feet. Mine reached a bedside table easily, with the outlet behind the center of the bed.The included shades are about what I expected. You assemble them yourself, and the design is clever: a metal top and bottom rim that the faux-linen shade snaps into securely. The shade ships flat and closes with a velcro strip, which leaves a very obvious seam where it joins. I was swapping my shades out anyway, so this didn't matter to me. If you're keeping them, you can turn the seam to the back and it disappears.There are three light settings you cycle through by rotating a switch on top of the base: a regular light, a brighter one, and a warmer one. I prefer this to a button on the cord. I didn't think I cared about multiple settings, but adjusting the light by time of day turned out to be great, and the warm mode is nice for bedtime reading. As far as I can tell it doesn't remember your last setting, so you rotate back through the modes each time.Overall, these are exactly what I was looking for: pretty farmhouse charm, a decently long cord, and easy shade-swapping.

Super happy with these lamps I was on the fence about buying them, but I’m so glad that I didThey are heavyweight, which is great. They won’t be a tip hazard.I like the linen shade. It’s a nice textured cream It’s super easy to put together. It comes with two rings that clips in top and bottom and Velcro at the back.It’s a wood print, but it looks like woodIt comes with the bulbs, which is niceYou turn it on once it’s a warm light , turn it off then turn it back on and it’s a cool light then turn it off and then turn it back on and it’s a warmer light. Luckily I like the first warm light color temp so every time I turn it on, that’s what it is. But it might be a bit annoying if you had just scroll through five clicks to get to the light color temperature if you preferred the warmest light setting. But it’s a soft warm light on the forest click and I was very pleased that it came with the bulbs. I purchased another lamp that arrived today, which did not come with the bulb, I had to pay an extra ten dollars to get the bulbs I needed. So I appreciated that with these lamps.I have these in a BoHo room and they look great. I have some wicker items and also Wicker lampshades in these tie beautifully.But they could look really great in a range of different decors.These are a great value for money. I’m so glad they came in a set of two.One of them didn’t quite meet up when I screwed the top to the bottom, no matter how tight I screwed it on there was still a little bit of a gap, but it is covered by the shade, so I’m not bothered by it at allThese are high-quality than lamps and I did not expect to like them as much as they do I have one on my desk and one behind me on a bookcase and I love them

THINGS I LIKED: 1) The balance is good because of the wide base. 2) The color is nice and will go in many settings. 3) The shades were really easy to assemble, and I like how the attach to the lamps above the bottom of the shades. 4) I like the style of the shade - I think these look better than drum shades. 5) The bulbs were interesting. I couldn't at first figure out their warmth because three different ones were listed. Once I turned them on, though, I discovered that the warmth changes as you turn them on and off. This could be a plus or minus, depending on the person. But I thought it was nice to have options. 6) The lamp bottoms are covered in felt, which protects furniture. 7) They are a good height for multiple types of locations.COULD BE IMPROVED: 1) The finish was marred (as shown) on one of the lamps right out of the box. 2) The cord has to be pulled through the lamp, and then the top part has to be screwed onto the base. The instructions say to not "twist the electrical cord," but it's totally impossible not to when twisting the top's bolt into the base. 3) On one of the lamps I received, it was impossible to screw the top all the way onto the base. I don't know if the threads in the base were faulty, the receiving piece was too short, or something had been spilled into it. We tried tightening it with a small wrench, but it did no good, plus marred the paint finish on the part of the top piece. It not only wasted a bunch of time, but was pretty frustrating. Without this problem, my rating would definitely have been higher. These seem like pretty decent, reasonably priced lamps, otherwise.
