2 Pack Sink Drain Strainer

This 3-in-1 kitchen sink strainer is simple, functional, and works better than I expected. It was extremely easy to install since all I had to do was place it in my sink drain. I have used plenty of separate sink plugs and food catchers before, but I really like how this design combines multiple functions into one. It can hold water like a regular sink stopper, catch food and debris, and then drain the water by simply pushing down on it. There is no need to completely remove the plug every time you want to drain the sink, which makes it much more convenient.I also like that it has a detachable basket that catches food and helps prevent it from going down the drain. The basket has done a good job so far, and no food has made it through into my plumbing. One thing I would like to see improved is the design of the basket itself. When I pull it out to empty it, my hand can sometimes come into contact with the food inside, so a better handle or removal method would be nice. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well it drains and how effectively it holds water without leaking. It fits my sink drain easily, and so far, it has been sitting against my stainless steel sink without showing any signs of rust. Time will tell how well it holds up in the long run, but based on my experience so far, this is a functional and convenient addition to my kitchen sink.

I bought a couple of these last year and loved them, but they became unavailable. So I tried some different brands without success. In comparison, these filter baskets laid flat in the drain without a gap. They fit my drain well and stayed in place. I will buy more just in case they become unavailable again. Do remember to remove them periodically and clean underneath them where food debris might get caught.

I love these sink strainers. The last ones I had that I had paid twice the price for could not compete with these.On the old ones the stoppers kept turning closed so I would have a sink full of water that I would have to put my hands in to keep the handle open so the water would drain.The design of these sink drainers is functionally so much better. The stopper mechanism is strong, so they stay open or closed, depending on how I want them.They fit my drain perfectly so there is no leakage in the stopper position.I have not used them long enough to be able to talk about mold or rust resistance, but considering the quality of these items I am confident there will be no issues with mold or rust.It's important to me that they hold the food particles as I have a septic system and don't allow much food into it. They do a beautiful job of that, and it is super easy to remove food particles, a light tap is all it takes and they fall right out.If all of that was not enough, they are also very attractive for a sink stopper. They actually look nice in my sink.I can't believe I waited so long to order these drainers.

When I first got this, I thought it kind of felt cheesy specially the dark middle part but actually it works pretty great like I can put it in my sink and keep it in there at all times and then you just remove the middle when you need to dump it and if you need to clog your jeans, just push down and the closet to fill up the sink and I freaking love it like I hate having to constantly remove my sink drain or just a dump it and put it aside so it doesn’t just sit this. it makes it to where it’s part of the sink and I love it and the price is awesome. It’s super easy to use and it is definitely universal. I have a 1950s to maybe 1980s style sync and it works great

Our old sink strainer finally gave out after the bottom piece broke off from years of use. I had replaced it with a plastic one for a while, but that didn't last very long either. When I came across this brushed nickel stainless steel sink strainer, I thought it looked like a much better long term solution.It fit perfectly into the drain opening in my sink and immediately gave it a cleaner, more finished look. The brushed nickel finish looks great and blends in nicely with the rest of my kitchen fixtures.One of my favorite features is the built in stopper. When it is in the raised position, it catches food particles really well. If I need to fill the sink, I simply press down on the center and it creates a tight seal to keep the water from draining out. It is very easy to switch between the two positions.Compared to my previous strainers, this one does a much better job of catching food debris. The holes are small enough that very little gets through, which helps keep the drain from clogging. I also don't have to worry about positioning it just right like I did with my old one.Overall, I am very happy with this sink strainer. It looks great, functions exactly as it should, and feels much sturdier than the plastic versions I have used in the past. For the price, I think it is an excellent value, and I hope it lasts for many years.
