PVC Heat Blanket
PVC Heat Blanket
Key Features
- 【Integrated Design】Compared to other competitors who have separate straps and heating pads, we adopt an integrated design. Solved the embarrassment of the heating pad being unable to function properly due to the loss of straps, making the use process simple and worry free, and ready to use.
- 【Specification】PVC heating blanket is 17" long and 8.6"wide, and can bend PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 1/2" to 1 1/2".It can easily handle complex bending requirements such as bending, offset, saddle, meeting various scenarios such as home maintenance, industrial pipeline installation, and creative DIY
- 【Durable And Long-Lasting】PVC heating blanket is made of heat-resistant, waterproof, and tear resistant silicone material, which can withstand sunlight, rainwater, and harsh construction site environments. Equipped with a three-level safety plug, you can use it with confidence. The 6.5-foot wire avoids pulling and breaking during use
- 【Uniform heating technology without cold spots】Unlike the heating pads of other external thermostats, external thermostats cause slow heating during low temperatures in winter. Our PVC heating blanket adopts a built-in thermostat, which is tightly attached to the PVC pipe to ensure even heat distribution and eliminate cold spots
- 【 Simple and convenient 】 3-minute rapid prototyping, suitable for beginners. Packaging tube → Hook and loop fixation → Insertion heating at 195 ℉ for 3 minutes → Manual bending

One thing I always check before buying a PVC heating blanket is the actual pipe-size range. This version is clearly listed for half-inch through one-and-a-half-inch PVC pipe and conduit, which is the range I’d need for smaller electrical installations and repair work. I also noticed that the seller offers separate versions for larger pipe instead of claiming one blanket fits everything. Combined with the adjustable controller and included straps, this looks like the most relevant option for the kind of conduit work I’m planning. I’d verify my pipe diameter before ordering, but this is the size I would choose.

I’ve been looking for a better way to handle a few PVC conduit bends without constantly moving a heat gun around the pipe. What caught my attention here is the adjustable temperature controller. I like the idea of being able to match the heat level to the job instead of just blasting one section of the conduit. It also wraps around half-inch to one-and-a-half-inch PVC, which covers most of the smaller conduit I normally work with. I haven’t tried it yet, but the controller and wrap-around design are the main reasons this one is currently on my shortlist.

I don’t need a large pipe-bending setup for every job. Sometimes I just need to make one or two conduit bends during an installation or repair. This kit looks compact enough to keep in a service truck, and it includes the blanket, adjustable controller, securing straps, and a pair of work gloves. I especially like that everything shown for getting started comes together instead of requiring me to track down several separate pieces. For occasional half-inch to one-and-a-half-inch PVC work, this looks like a practical tool to have ready when an unexpected bend comes up.
