2 Light Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixtures

This VICNIE farmhouse flush‑mount ceiling light has wires that doesn’t match my current setup, so I can’t use it. The fixture itself is beautiful—the black metal frame and seeded glass are sturdy and well made, and it would've looked amazing in my hubby's man cave. But I need an electrician to make it work, and that's just way too expensive.One big complaint is the wattage. The product page claims it's rated at 60 watts while the fixture and paperwork says 20 watts. For that reason alone, I can't use it. All my bulbs are 60 and 100 watts, and i'm not buying new bulbs just for this light.Unfortunately, I have to donate the fixture. It's a shame because I really do like it.

Beautifully designed light fixture! Love everything about the fixture, smaller size, can fit in space over my sink, the bubbled glass is sophisticated. Used the clear filament bulbs, so pretty! Great solution for small areas, very affordable, too!

This farmhouse flush mount ceiling light is absolutely beautiful! The black finish and seeded glass give it a timeless farmhouse look, and the fixture feels sturdy and well-made once installed. It was exactly what I was hoping for and looks fantastic in my space.I also want to give a shoutout to customer service—they were excellent to work with and responded quickly to my concerns, making sure everything was taken care of.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the packaging. It wasn't sufficient to fully protect the fixture during shipping, which could easily lead to damage. Improving the packaging would make the overall experience much better.Overall, it's a gorgeous light fixture with excellent customer service, and I would recommend it. I just hope the company upgrades the packaging for future orders.

I can't stress enough how thrilled I am with this light fixture. It was selected to replace an old pendant light fixture in the our entry way, which was constantly getting bumped and accumulating dust.I love that the design of this light fixture means that it accumulates very little dust.The clear glass shade is thick - though fragile, it's not likely to break unless it really takes a significant hit.At first, I was a little annoyed that the fixture doesn't come with the bulbs in the photo, but I do now kind of like having the opportunity to select my own decorative bulbs and being able to modify the look of the piece a bit. I would recommend using decorative bulbs with this fixture, since the glass is clear and they'll be very visible.Installation was relatively simple. This fixture does have a little weight to it, so holding it up to the ceiling during the installation took a little will power for me! But the results were absolutely worth it.Again, because of the clear glass, this fixture gives off plenty of light, largely dependent on the bulbs you install.I have no reservations about recommending this fixture.

This is a very nice-looking ceiling light with a couple minor downsides.First off, installation. Installation was very straight forward, if you have ever installed a light before, white goes to white, black to black and copper to ground. This one has separate wires for each light so you will have to combine them to go to the switch. No minus's here...5 stars. The problem comes to when you are mounting the light to the included bracket. With the screws provided in the mounting bracket, it hangs about 1/4 inch below the ceiling and wobbles. There is a way to adjust those screws if it is too loose but that requires you to have room above the bracket. In my house the bracket is against the ceiling so I could not adjust the screws so that the light was flush against the ceiling...I solved this with some 1/4 inch black spacers I still had from another project. I simply put those spacers before the cap screws...it still looks nice and it is now flush with the ceiling and tight.After installing the bulbs putting the glass enclosure onto it was very simple...light up the slots and push it up and turn it slightly to lock into place. I would have liked to have seen a small notch or something to hold it in that closed spot...I'm worried vibrations in the house could slowly back the cover off and then it will fall to the ground and shatter. However, that is pretty unlikely.No, the final reason why I removed one star is from the silver stickers all over the lights themselves and the enclosure. These stickers distract from the otherwise beautiful light. I even put in "fancy" filament bulbs since it is all clear and you can see everything...but the stickers look ugly on all over. I wish they had used smaller stickers, or removable ones (granted, they are warning stickers) ...This light is beautiful, but clear, so you can see the stickers.

The matte black finish is consistent across all the metal, no shiny inconsistencies or thin, patchy spots in the coating that I could find even on close inspection, which is where budget fixtures often give themselves away.With two bulbs, it puts out enough light for a hallway or a smaller secondary room, though I wouldn't expect it to fully light a large space on its own, and that's worth being realistic about before buying. The cage design scatters the light slightly rather than projecting it in one hard-edged cone, which softens the overall effect in a way I like. Because the bulbs are visible through the cage, bulb choice genuinely changes the look, so warm decorative bulbs suit the farmhouse shape and let you set the exact tone you want.I did look at a brushed nickel version of a similar fixture first, but went with black specifically because it matched the black hardware already used elsewhere in the hallway, the door hinges, the switch plates, and a runner rod. Matching existing hardware sounds like a fussy detail, but it's what made the whole hallway read as a finished, intentional space rather than a mismatched collection of small updates done at different times.One fair heads-up: the bulbs aren't included, which caught me slightly off guard since some fixtures at this price point do include them, but it's a minor added cost and it let me choose the exact color temperature I wanted anyway. The open cage is also easy to dust and makes bulb replacement simple, with fewer glass surfaces to trap fingerprints or insects. For a farmhouse or modern-industrial update on a budget in a hallway, kitchen, or smaller room, this fixture punches well above its cost.
