I had 2 cabinet doors in my kitchen that were irking my nerves because they wouldn't stay closed. I found these and they have been excellent at calming my said nerves! It was super easy to install, and I did it with just the tape/sticky pads that came with it. I didn't have to screw anything in, and after letting it cure for 24 hours (I left a note on the cabinet door for my family that said "DO NOT OPEN ME FOR 24 HOURS, OR ELSE!!!") it fit like a glove! I honestly was looking around the house to see if anything else needed to stay closed... then I thought about my teenage daughters' mouth! LOL! But I don't think those would work at all! Either way, these have been great!

We've had a few trips now where we arrived at the site, opened the trailer door, and found the drawers with heavier items had flung completely open. It was starting to break the sliding tracks, and since we keep glass in one of those drawers, it was turning into a real hazard.I stuck these magnets on to try and keep things secured while we're bouncing down the road. One magnet on its own didn't quite feel like it had enough holding power for the heavier drawers, so I ended up putting one on each top corner just to be safe. They are pretty wide, so a section of the magnet actually overhangs and doesn't sit flush against the cabinet frame.Even with that slight overhang, they are getting the job done. We've moved a few times since I installed them, and every single drawer has stayed perfectly shut during transit. It's a simple fix, but it definitely beats picking up broken glass or replacing busted tracks after a drive.

Keeping cabinet doors shut can be a difficult project. Especially if the doors are thin material like 3/8 plywood and the like. These little catches solve that problem quite easily. You can either put them face-to-face if the cabinet has an inside trim or you can put them on the edge of the door and align them with the frame and that will keep the door closed as well. There are small size makes them extremely useful in a number of applications. I can also imagine these would work great on drawers if you were building a mobile cabinet and didn't want them popping open. Considering how strong these magnets are the price was surprisingly good. A couple bucks apiece as well worth something that solves such an annoying problem.

I have always had a love/hate relationship with my kitchen cabinets because they never stay completely closed. Kinda drives me bonkers sometimes. Found these Magnetic Cabinet Door Catch Latches and they have literally made me love my cabinets again! These little pieces of magnetic metal and some double sided tape... And they are 100% better... almost makes them feel like new again. Very well made. Solid construction. Smooth edges all around. Very strong magnetic pull! Which is the most important in my opinion. Very easy to use. Self explanatory. It's worth noting that the red tape is thick and the white tape is paper thin. So depending on what you need for any given cabinet. I learned this by trial and error. And I can tell you...these things stick and STAY. And the white tape is much stickier than the red tape. I only wish it came with more than 6 pairs! I definitely will be purchasing another box to finish the rest of my kitchen cupboards. Highly recommend these! Fantastic solution to a common problem.
