I have been really pleased with these MANUFORE heavy duty scissors and they feel sturdy and well made in my hand. The eight inch size is comfortable to use and gives me plenty of cutting power without feeling too bulky. I especially like the serrated blades because they grip the material while cutting instead of letting it slide around. They are sharp and cut cleanly through a variety of materials, which makes them useful for all kinds of projects around the house. The handles are comfortable to hold and I can get a good grip when I need to cut something a little tougher. I have used them for everyday household tasks, packaging and craft projects and they have worked great for everything so far. I am always in the middle of one creative project or another. My shop has been seriously under prepared when it comes to scissors. I have all types of scissors, but none that were really cut out for heavy duty tasks (pun intended).I have put these at my shipping station in my shop and they are doing a great job handling whatever I've thrown at them. They have had no trouble cutting kraft paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, twine, fabric and so much more.These scissors are very durable and look to be well made using quality materials. The handles are large enough that my full-figured hands can fit in them comfortably with a good grip. The blades are very sharp and the serration helps with the grip of the material that is being cut, making for a crisp clean cut.These would be a good pair (for the teacher to have) in a classroom, crafting space or even in the kitchen. They are a solid pair of scissors that are likely able to handle most any household task you'd need scissors for. For the quality and performance, I think the price is very fair. These are a very welcome addition to my shop's shipping station and I expect that they will last me for many, many years. I am very happy with these scissors.

These took a little while to get here, and when they finally arrived, I put them straight to the test—and they did not disappoint!I do a lot of DIY and home projects, and I'm constantly cutting boxes, especially all those Amazon delivery boxes. These scissors handle corrugated cardboard like absolute butter.The forged all-metal construction and serrated blades grip onto tough materials without slipping or binding, giving them serious cutting power. I like how right off the bat these Manufore 8-Inch Heavy Duty Scissors feel substantial. They have a good heft to them, and the blades come together smoothly. The bottom blade has slight serrations on its top edge. They cut quite cleanly through different materials, from thin cello to thick cardstock. The grip is quite comfortable, with the rubbery handle. I actually held it in both hands and it feels comfortable to hold, although I’m using it right handed. I’m using these as all purpose shears in the house and garage, and so far they’re working very well. Glad I ordered them.

This is my new favorite pair of scissors. They are super sharp and cut exceptionally well. The holes that you put your fingers through are a very good size and allow you to fit all four fingers into the lower section for added strength while cutting.The metal has good thickness with a very sharp edge and feels very durable and well-constructed. It appears the metal goes all the way through the handle to the back side to give extra strength and durability; you can see the metal tabs sticking out of the end as evidence. The grip formation is also very comfortable in the hand.Great value at this price, highly recommend!!
