This rustic ceramic farmhouse lamp is adorable! I am stunned at it's beauty. The photos in Amazon does not do it justice. It's the perfect lamp for the empty corner, or that corner that you want to make into a cozy reading area. It's the perfect sized lamp. The way the lamp shade is shipped lamp might throw you off when you receive it because it does not come shaped; I suspect that is to keep it from getting damaged during shipping which is brilliant because you simply clamp in around the metal pins and your lamp shade is easily assembled in seconds and it looks pristine instantly.The lamp has a nice sturdy weight (stability) which makes it very stable on any surface you might place it on. I would not expect to get such a stabled and pretty lamp for this price- not to mention, the bulb that comes with the lamp is an excellent grade bulb. The bulb alone would cost about $8 if purchased separately. I am going to purchase one also for my mother.This lamp is just a jewel and everyone that sees it compliments me on it, asking where did I get it.

When I first opened the package, I was kind of dumbfounded because I saw two wire rings one that would go at the top of the lamp and the larger one would go on the bottom!Here I figured it out you have to build the lampshade. That said it is very simple. There are little tiny hooks sewn in the cloth shade that you snap around the wire on the top and on the bottom and it Velcro’s closed!!!I kid you not.I’ve never seen this before, but it is super practical for shipping purposes anyway, I thought it was gonna be a disaster, but it took me no more than seven minutes to put the shade together. The other parts were self-explanatory. I didn’t read the directions actually I don’t know if it came with directions but I didn’t need them! And, if I didn’t need them, I’m fairly certain you won’t either!The lamp is a medium sized ceramic table lamp as you can see from the picture.It is heavy ceramic and feels hearty in my hand. There is nothing fragile about the lamp. All the other parts are pretty standard so that’s good. The cord on it is very thick and it’s longer than most lamp cords that I’ve seen.They even included a lightbulb in the box which was so nice bc I have no spares at the moment and I wouldn’t have been able to turn it on to show you in my pics!!It’s a wonderful value for the money. I think it’s going to last a very long time and that she just blows me away. I’ve never seen anything like it like I said, but it’s a really cool idea.It’s actually giving me ideas on how to make my very own one-of-a-kind lampshade (at some point)I totally love this lamp & I think you will too!!!5/5⭐️’s!!!

I've been hunting for a nice basic lamp for my home office. I have overhead lights, but for some reason I've always found overhead lighting to be so harsh. This looked like a good choice. It is a solid color with simple modern design... honestly that makes it go with any decor.It was well packed showing a supplier that cares about their product (it even came with an intact lightbulb, yay). There is some little bit of assembly required, but it was relatively easy. A few pieces screw together, some clips and a bit of velcro and it's good to go. While it was a bit fiddly the instructions were clear and easy to follow.It is a fair sized lamp and puts out a good amount of comfortable diffuse lighting. It lights my small office completely (roughly 12ftx15ft room). The diffuse lighting honestly makes this room so much more comfortable for me to work in at night, but again I may be a bit odd with my light sensitivities. The design is perfect as it has a clean modern feel to it without being either too plain or to 'busy' of a design. It has just a bit of distressed texturing to it.What more can I say... it's a good lamp. TLDR: It's easy to put together, looks good and throws comfortable lighting.
