Ok why get these in the first place? I'm glad you never asked, I'll tell you anyways. Whether you're on the job site, walking from a dirty floor to a floor you want to be clean or coming home from one, these mats are quite useful. Basically, you're getting dirt, pet hairs, dust, etc off your feet before you walk into the next room.Of course, these are sticky on the surface, so they get the stuff off your shoes, preferably dry, and then you can confidently walk on a cleaner floor without tracking so much crap onto said cleaner floor. Peel off the top layer when it's not sticky, and boom.....new sticky layer.It's a good product, I haven't had any rip and tear off when peeling off, which you could imagine is not fun. You also have plenty of room to step a few times to get the rest of it off your shoes. great for containing the mess in those partial renovations or whatever, and you really want the unaffected areas to remain clean.

I work in a lab and wear use sticky mats to keep the floor clean and minimize cross contamination between labs. So when I saw these sticky pads I had the unhinged idea to try them out in my garage to lower the amount of dirt that gets tracked into my kitchen from the garage. My husband threw out the first pad because he didn't realize you peel the film off lol but the films are numbered and easy to peel off. The pad isn't weighted and it is pretty light, so I can imagine it would be difficult to keep in one place when the pad gets low. It's nice and sticky though and maybe my floors are cleaner? I don't know if I'll buy again for my house but these are effective.

I received these sticky mats complimentary, although I had considered trying something similar before. I mainly wanted to use them at home to see just how much dirt and debris was actually being brought inside on my shoes.The mat sticks securely to the floor at the threshold of my front door and has 30 numbered sheets per pad. The sheets are very thin, but they are surprisingly sticky and do a good job of trapping dirt and debris. Each layer is easy to peel off when it gets dirty, making replacement quick and simple.Since I don't go in and out of the house very frequently, I found that one sheet lasted about 4 to 5 days. In a busier location, such as a commercial entrance or other high-traffic area, I would expect the sheets to need replacing much more often.The most interesting thing about these mats is how they let you actually visualize how much dirt you're tracking into your home. It's probably more than most people want to know, but that's also proof that they're doing their job.For my particular situation, they don't make much economic sense compared with simply using a conventional doormat. However, for applications where trapping debris is important, I would recommend them. They're easy to use, easy to replace, and most importantly, they do exactly what they're supposed to do.

I got these Grey Sticky Mat Pads to help when my husband and I build our new home (we are in the planning phase currently). We were in the contracting game back in the day, and had our fair share of renovation projects....they get messy, so I figured building a new home would be messy also. My hope is that these mats will help reduce the amount of dust and debris that may be tracked in.I have tested a few of the sticky sheets, I think they work pretty great. They are easy to use, seem pretty durable - and are a good value for the money. I think that these are more for a construction setting, not really for everyday home use.

Size: The 24x36 mat dimensions are great for something to step on that doesn't even require much attention to use, and also gives enough surface area to increase the functional longevity of each pad.Versatility: The ability to easily have a fresh sheet ready to use in a moment's notice is extremely convenient when this is being used on a job site where several people are passing through regularly and footprint tracking is hard to contain with typical cleanup or rugs.Appearance: When being used in a professional environment, these make for a tidy and clean solution to dust or other debris containment without taking up too much space like a larger rug or drawing attention if you have strict guidelines on workplace tidiness.Portability: While these are obviously large and have to be transported with some care to keep them undamaged and functional, they are still light and easy enough to transport and use with just a little extra care. Not something you'd want to neglect in summer heat or with leaving in dirty storage areas when not in use.

Nice sticky mat option, these come in many different size options and they really do a good job. The 24”x36” are a nice large size and they allow you to take several steps before leaving the mat, we also received 18” x 36” and those are a nice size for a smaller entrance area however I think you really have to make and effort to ensure you’ve taken several steps on the smaller size, it’s even possible to clear the mat with only one foot touching down and that is kinda defeatist. I would recommend going with the largest possible size you can fit in the area of use. It also seems the placing these lengthwise works better in a home use application, that way both feet are captured before running out of mat. We are using them while completing a remodel at all of our exterior doors, we live in the desert and it’s ridiculously dusty here and these have been a huge help in limiting the dirt, dust and items tracked into the house. I may even consider continuing to use these once the remodel is complete. It’s super easy to tear off the dirty sheets and you get 5 sets with 30 sheets each in one box/order. All in all very happy with the product and think these are a really good value and a great option for any use you may have for these.

I’m honestly still on the fence with these. They do what they are supposed to do: they grab dirt, dust, and debris from shoes before it gets tracked farther into the house. The problem is that they are extremely sticky when first opened.After removing the protective film, I walked across one, and it grabbed my shoe hard enough that I stumbled and fell. So I would be very careful using these in a normal home setting, especially around older adults, children, pets, or anyone with balance concerns. You really have to keep moving across them without pausing, because they will stick to your shoes.They do become less aggressive after some use, and I can see how they would be helpful for construction areas, garages, workshops, clean spaces, or entryways where shoes are worn. I would not put one straight from the package where my dog would step on it, because I think it would be too much for his feet.These definitely collect dirt, but they need to be used thoughtfully. For my home, they may work better at an entry point or for a specific messy project rather than as an everyday floor mat.

These 36x24 sticky mats are pretty cool. I made sure to mop my lil hall floor twice and allow it to thoroughly dry before placing the mats down. They’re so tacky, I’m pretty sure an ant would get stuck if it tried to sneak under the door (Thank God, that’s not a thing!) IJS!!As versatile as these mats are, I believe they are best suited for an environment where dust particles and the like would be detrimental to one’s health. Perhaps in the home of an immunocompromised person or someone w/fairly serious health challenges.I’m not convinced these are ideal for casual in-home use or as a collector of dog hair or dirt from the paws of a furry housemate.I believe most casual users, barring any extenuating circumstances would consider them a luxury item and find them cost prohibitive on a long term basis.I believe they’re also appropriate for blood draw labs, physicians offices, OR entry, or anywhere else in the healthcare industry. Or any place that requires near complete sanitation, perhaps at a business where you are earning money to justify the cost.So, I will surely appreciate them while they last! They look nice and I’m thankful to have them.However, on an ongoing basis, I just can’t justify the cost in today’s economy. I’ll just have to run the vacuum a lot more often when I run out ofTheir effectiveness is on point. In fact, walking back in my door, I stepped right out of my sandals!! They stuck to the mat!! Good thing I’m pretty agile or I’d have been head first into the fireplace wall!!🤣•Overall: 4/5 stars but, only bc of practicality & cost.
