This low-profile ceiling fan has a beautiful modern design that gives a traditional ceiling fan a completely different look. I especially like the woven cage surrounding the fan and lights. At approximately 12 inches in diameter, the fixture has a compact profile that doesn't overwhelm the space. Inside the cage are seven plastic fan blades along with four light bulb sockets. I like how the fan and lighting are incorporated into one compact fixture while still giving it a decorative appearance.The included remote is another feature I appreciate because it provides convenient control of the fan without having to rely solely on a wall switch. The materials and overall construction appear sturdy on my initial inspection, and the woven design gives the fixture a more decorative look than a standard ceiling fan. Its smaller size is one of the main reasons this design appealed to me for a more compact space. As of yet I have not installed the fan because I'm still deciding which room to put it in.Overall, I like the combination of the modern woven design, compact size, lighting, and remote-control operation. It's an attractive alternative to the traditional look of a ceiling fan.

This looks great in my knotty pine kitchen and provides multiple level air flows with 6 speeds. It will be easy to dust and change bulbs. The cons are 1. No dimmers for light :-(. One important note: if you are replacing a regular ceiling light with one of these Fandeliers REMEMBER you will need a ceiling fan brace in the ceiling to attach to. This is not the same as just replacing a ceiling fixture. Would I buy it again? Yes as long as I Never need to dim a light.

This is a unique and wonderful modern twist to a ceiling fan with light combo that doubles as a decorative item as well. The basket weave design surrounding the fan blades is a different, but nice change from typical old style ceiling fans, giving it a more refreshing and relaxing look, while also providing somewhat of a safety function around the fan blades. There are 7 plastic style fan blades with 4 light bulb receptacles within the approximate 12in diameter of the basket weave. There are a couple of wires to connect to an existing fan or light system that was previously installed (obviously needs to be removed for this installation) and a metal bracket to connect into the ceiling. Once connected, it looks almost like a wicker spaceship handing from the ceiling, providing a quite, breezy operation to keep the room cool and a decent way to brighten up any room in the house, especially if a smaller room that does not have much space to install a larger style ceiling fan or has much ventilation, this will help solve those issues and circulate the air to keep it cool and fresh.The remote options are simple, you can have the fan turn clockwise or counterclockwise based on your needs, whether your wish to force air downward, or pull it upwards to circulate, and there are 6 fan speeds to choose from to get more or less airflow. It also comes with the light on and off option, while the fan remains on. And there is also a timer option so that it can remain on, but turn off by itself after choosing from the 1, 2 or 4hr options, allowing for the fan to remain on while away, but turning off to save power after a while when nobody is home.This fan provides a very welcoming aesthetic, while also being affordable and convenient to install and help modernize a home.

Having this ceiling fan up in my space has been a positive experience so far though you'll want to keep a few things in mind before setting it up. While the product listing clearly mentions that lightbulbs aren't included it doesn't say a word about the remote missing its batteries It was definitely a bit frustrating having to wait until I found some spare batteries just to test it out for the first time. The remote layout is also a little unusual you have to press power and then select your fan speed. Once is running the performance is fantastic It pushes a surprising amount of air while staying quiet especially compared to traditional fans. The woven outer gives off a stylish natural look but because it's actually made of smooth plastic wiping off dust is going to be a breeze 💅..fast installation went under 16 minutes total including taking down the old fan It comes almost entirely pre assembled you don't have to wire separate signal modules like other brands. They even included a handy metal hook that lets hang safely while you hook up the wiring making it doable as a solo job. The mounting bracket looks a bit thin but once screwed in it holds everything sturdy with zero wobble. Overall it’s a great budget alternative that delivers strong airflow and easy maintenance just make sure you have bulbs and batteries ready to go on day one

This is a beautiful small ceiling fan that could function well in any small to medium sized room. The fan itself, measured from blade tip to blade tip is 11” in diameter. The seven blades are transparent ABS plastic and four light socket are arranged around the outer perimeter partly behind the blades, so there will be minimal filtering of the light by the revolving blades. The light sockets require E26 light bulbs. Light bulbs are not included, but are readily available on Amazon in a variety of styles and wattages. The lights are not dimmable and you should NOT hook this up to a dimmer switch or a fan gear switch. The other thing you will need if there isn’t one already installed in the ceiling is a fan rated ceiling electrical box which will be secured into the ceiling support structure. I’ll have to get one of those to replace the ceiling light box in our bedroom. I’ll get the type that easily attaches to the cross beams in the ceiling using expansion bars. I will go into the attic to install one, but there are some types of boxes that can be installed just by putting them in the hole in the ceiling from below. You’ll probably have to enlarge an existing hole to install the larger fan rated box. Of course, the best thing is to have a professional do the installation. The diameter of the bracket on the inside top of the fan that will attach to the electrical box is 8 inches.The attractive rattan basket-like feature that surrounds the fan is made out of plastic (PVC?), but that is not obvious. It looks like real rattan. Real natural rattan would degrade over time and be very difficult to clean completely, so in the long run, this is probably the better, and cheaper, option. The top of the rattan basket will stand with a gap of about 1 1/2” from the ceiling, and the bottom of the basket will extend to seven inches from the ceiling. The basket, besides being attractive, will provide some added safety from anything hitting the fan or lights. The fan is reversible, so you can choose whether to have the air drawn upward or downward.The remote is fairly simple with the buttons spaced far enough apart that they’ll be somewhat easier to recognize in the dark, especially with the large round button in the middle to orient your finger from. If you hook this unit to a wall switch, the switch will simply turn the unit on and off. I haven’t installed this unit yet, and I don’t know if when you turn it on from a wall switch whether or not it will come on at the same situation it was in when you turned it off, or if it’ll be back to requiring the remote to turn the light on, and turn on and adjust the fan. The remote comes with a wall clip, so you can mount it by the door or bed or wherever and also remove it from the clip.We’ve got a major El Niño developing in the Pacific this year, so this fan is good preparation for the high heat that El Niños bring to the part of the planet where I live. I’m sure this fan will add great relief on many nights in the future.
