I picked up this set to add low-voltage lighting along our retaining wall and step caps, and they have been performing great so far. Construction feels heavy-duty with a durable finish, and the option to mount them with screws after hardscaping was complete made the install process straightforward without needing to tear up stone. The light output is a soft, warm 2700K that gives plenty of visibility without creating an harsh glare or looking overly bright. Overall, they look clean integrated into the wall and feel built to last through the weather.

These are great down lights to install in your rock ledges. The GKOLED "6.8 Inches LED Hardscape Lights" arrive individually packaged with a 39" lead.The head is not adjustable. It is fixed to the mortar plate. However, it appears as though the mounting screws can be removed and replaced with longer screws to attach flat to other surfaces.Note that these lights were 27 Kelvin. So make sure that this is the color temperature that matches any other lighting you may have.You will also want to evaluate how many of these to install on a single supply line. Once you mortar them in, you won't be able to reconfigure how they are wired. Of course, I can't speak to the reliability of this product as they haven't been installed yet. However, they appear to be solid in construction.

I bought this to give some light outside my shed. It gives good light and feels very sturdy. The mounting flange offers some flexibility depending on where it is to be used.. nice product

I has my landscaper installed them under the cap of the retaining wall. The look is great, earned praise from neighbors all the time. It also has very small wattage, deliver just good enough lighting, stayed cool even keep it on 24 hrs. Highly recommend.
