Received this through the Amazon Vine program. I put this on a side entry door on the shop that had an old worn out lockset that had gotten sticky and inconsistent to turn. The reversible handle made it easy to match the swing of that particular door without having to order a specific handing, and everything lined up with the existing bore holes so I did not have to redrill or modify the door itself. The deadbolt throws smoothly and locks with a solid, positive feel rather than the loose or gritty action the old hardware had toward the end. All six keys worked on the first try across both the knob and deadbolt, no fumbling or keys that needed to be worked in. The matte black finish has held up fine with the door getting used multiple times a day going in and out of the shop, no scuffing or wear showing yet. It feels like a genuine upgrade over what was on that door before, solid enough that I would use it on a main entry door and not just a secondary one.

This is a nice looking heavy duty, well made lock and handle set. I am trying to replace all of my door handles with these handles that I can push down to open. As I get older it's harder and harder to turn a door knob, but with these type of handles you can open it even when you have arthritis. This is not a cheap looking set like some of the ones that I have purchased. This will look very nice on my door. I haven't installed it yet, but it will be replacing a door knob, that's been on there quite some time and is in need of replacement.If you're looking for a new door handle and security lock, I think this one will fit the bill, especially if you're older like I am in need of easier door handles.
