This a super helpful little accessory when your working with different fasteners. My house is old, and the previous owner(s) used screws with slotted, Phillips, square, and torx heads all over the place. When I'm taking something apart, especially up on a ladder, it's a pain to change bits in my impact driver. This super lightweight holder can hold up to six bits right on my belt.It's definitely not a one-handed operation to get the bits out, but they slip into the empty holders with a positive click with just one hand. I like the colors on the holders as I was consistent with which bit I put where (#2 Phillips in the red one, etc), so it was easy to get what I needed. I usually put the extra bits in the watch pocket of my jeans, which has lead to more than a little swearing when I drop one off a ladder while trying to get it out. This eliminates that issue.It feels light enough that I thought it was plastic, but it does appear to be aluminum. It seems to be off pretty good quality, and it's definitely earned a place in the tool bag where I keep my impact driver.

If you've ever had to climb a ladder or get into a precarious position or just one that is not easy to get in or out of, and needed to swap bits and had to reach in your pocket or tool belt to get another drill or screw bit and it was very frustrating for you, this is the answer.I was doing a renovation on an RV and I didn't have the luxury of owning 2 drills, so naturally I had to swap out bits kind of often. I really could've used this thing. Color coded, so as long as you remember which bit you put where.... but it also really doesn't matter because they are out on display and you can very well see which one you need because it's hanging from a belt or belt loop in plain sight with the included carabiner! Brilliant. really and truly so glad I have one of these now! I can prep before I start a job and not have to stop and look for stuff during.

I'm so happy to have this handy little set of bit holders. I love things that keep me organized and when I went to put this up with my tools I immediately saw several things that I could use it with. The Carabiner is a good size and a decent weight and I'm glad that it locks so everything stays in place. These are made of a good solid plastic and the different colors will help me distinguish which ones I need.Overall I'm very pleased with this useful set and would recommend it to anybody looking for a way to keep your tools better organized. It's sometimes hard to find gifts for men and I don't know what man or woman really, wouldn't like this to help make all their tools more useful.

This drill bit keychain style holder is awesome. I received one of these as an add on from another product, so when I saw this one, I was excited to try it.This one is a little more robust and has a stronger, more substantial feel than the other one. The neck of the other one, between the ring and the holder, was thinner. Compared to that one, this feels like better quality, or at least it feels more substantial and stronger.The price is hard to judge because I saw these ranging from about $6 to $25 and even more if they include bits. Regardless of the price, this one works great. All six of them worked well, and I really like that they are easy to operate with one hand, which is a big plus for me.The strong metal construction is also a plus. Overall, I am very happy with these and think they are a useful little accessory to have on hand.

Even bits without the little retention notch will stay in place, but bits with the notch are especially secure. To remove a notched bit, you slide the receiver sleeve slightly—similar to releasing a hydraulic quick-connect fitting—and then pull the bit out. This keychain is so much more convenient than having to fish in your pockets for the bits you need while working on a project/job!The carabineer is sturdy and has a screw lock. Each bit holder is on its own split ring to slide onto the carabineer or whatever else you might want to use. The plastic case is handy if you're into that, fitting the all the holders while either on or off the carabineer.The bits lock into the holders the same as they do on tools and stay secure. Part of the convenience of having them stay in the holders securely is the inconvenience of having to use two hands to release them, sliding the housing back while pulling the bit out. Snapping them back in doesn't require messing with sliding the housing, though.I love having this in my toolbox because now I can have the multiple bits needed while working handy without balancing them on a ladder step or buried in the bottom of a pocket.
