It has all the pressure anybody could want, with enough different setting to please all. Easy to attach. Switching the settings while in the shower is a bit more difficult but not impossible

It's better than my old shower head but it didn't have better pressure. I even removed the flow regulator and still no better pressure. The cleaning sprayer has good pressure but you can't shower with that. Over all it's a decent shower head just not good if you want better pressure
