The install was straight forward and easy. It's compacted enough for small spaces and makes a small space feel bigger with what it holds now. It looks nice with a great matte finish and it holds more that just towels and clothes. This hook has honestly impressed me with how solid it feels. You can tell right away that it's made from real stainless steel and not some flimsy coated metal that will chip or rust over time. The swivel arms move smoothly but still feel sturdy, they don't wobble around or feel loose when you fold them in or out. I've hung heavier towels and even a robe on it and it hasn't budged or sagged at all, which says a lot about how stable the mounting and build actually are. The matte black finish looks sleek too, it doesn't feel like a cheap add on, it actually looks like it belongs in the bathroom. For a space saving hook I was worried it might feel flimsy, but this one proves that isn't the case at all. Great quality and very stable once it's mounted.

I absolutely love this swivel hook. As it is something that can be placed in an obvious area on a wall, or, as like I am using it, we would be able to very easily put this behind a door in a smaller space because it will gently move with the door if the door touches it, but also be able to be propped out when the door is closed in a smaller bathroom.It is incredibly heavy-duty, stainless steel. It is chromed and incredibly shiny. It has a very distinct heft to it that makes me feel so comfortable putting up my European bath sheets on it, even while damp, which can be incredibly heavy.But it's also wonderful that it comes with the proper hardware and guidance tools that you would need to anchor it properly. Because of that, and the slim size, and the security that I feel due to its heavy-duty nature, I think it's an incredible buy and a very good bargain that I would definitely suggest.

This swivel hook feels solid and very well-constructed. The matte black finish looks elegant and blends in seamlessly with our decor. The swiveling action on the arms is nicely firm—not loose or flimsy—and I love being able to fold all three arms flat against the wall and completely out of the way when it's not in use. Great space-saving addition to the room.

This was a lot more solid and smooth than I anticipated. The hooks glide easily, but also stay in place when not in use. Basically, there isn't a lot of wiggling side to side as you hang or remove a coat on/off of them. It also gives you a bit of space between each coat when you hang 3 on it.I love the finish on this one. The brushed nickel is classy, and matches the finish of most of the hardware in our house.Before installing, I suggest tightening the top and bottom screws of the pivot. Mine were both a bit loose. It is much easier to do before mounting, but I guess if they loosen up over time, still accessible while mounted.The mounting plate is really my only criticism of the product. Because it is so narrow, the 2 screw holes are tucked behind the 3 hooks. Thus, when you mount this, the angle to try and screw in the screws is tricky. I suggest predrilling holes or using the mollies if it is a drywall install. You don't want to try and mount this onto a solid object (stud) without predrilling. I would also suggest using a long narrow screwdriver to give you as much space and leverage as possible. They probably should have made the mounting plate wider to avoid this issue, but then it is a matter of aesthetics. Since the narrowness somewhat hides the mounting screws and plate.All in all, a nice, unique and functions 3 arm coat hook.

I wasn't expecting to be this impressed, but this little swivel hook has turned out to be one of my favorite organization upgrades. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern, and the stainless steel construction feels sturdy and well made. The best feature is definitely the three swivel arms. Each arm rotates smoothly, making it easy to spread towels, robes, washcloths, or clothing apart so everything has room to dry instead of piling on top of each other. When I'm finished, the arms fold back against the wall, so it lays nice and flat and doesn't stick out into the room. It's a great space saving design, especially for smaller bathrooms. Installation was straightforward. The package includes the mounting hardware, and once it's secured to the wall, it feels very solid with no wobbling. It only took a few minutes to install with basic tools. I was pleasantly surprised by how much weight it can support. It's rated to hold up to about 31 pounds when properly installed, so it easily handles multiple wet bath towels, heavy robes, backpacks, and even my bags without feeling strained. Although I bought it for my bathroom, there are so many other ways to use it. It would be perfect in a kitchen for dish towels and aprons, in a laundry room for drying delicate clothing, in an entryway for jackets, hats, and dog leashes, or even in an RV where every inch of space counts. This is a smart, durable, and attractive organizer that makes great use of wall space. If you're looking for a hook that keeps things organized while staying out of the way when not in use, this is an excellent choice. I would definitely buy it again.
