I used these lights on both my back deck and the front of my house. I live in a neighborhood with an HOA (unfortunately), so there are guidelines I have to follow, including having matching lights on the front and back of the house. Nobody even sees the back of my house, but whatever…!Getting this two-pack was perfect because I was able to do both areas at the same time and have everything match. The lights have a very modern look, which is actually a little different from the style of the outside of my house, but I really like how they look and think they give it some extra personality.Everything was already wired, so installation was basically just switching out the old lights. The process was very easy and straightforward. They feel well made and look like they should hold up well outdoors, especially with the waterproof rating.I’m really happy with how they turned out, and I also like that they’re LED. Hopefully I’ll see a little savings on my electricity bill over time while getting a brighter, updated look outside.

These outdoor wall lights/sconces are pretty nice. My neighbors complained about our garage door sidelights as the light can beam into their window at night. We tried lower wattage bulbs, even taping a portion of the bulbs to try and cut down the light for them. Then, I saw that these modern wall lights were available and I decided to give them a try.These work great. The downward light projection is perfect. It gives plenty of light to cover our driveway, and at the same time, does not and can not beam light into our neighbors windows. The light color is on the warmer white side.Installation was quite easy for me. These screwed right onto the existing outlet boxes on our brick fascia.I give 4 stars for two reasons. One, the inside bracket attached to the outlet box that the sconce affixes to is narrower than the sconce itself. Once you tighten it down, the sides of the light/sconce are pinched inward. Two, there are no included gaskets to seal against the wall to keep the weather and bugs out. Other than these two small issues, I really like these lights. I think they look great and they seem to work well.

I'll save everyone some time and say this right off the bat: The brown wire is hot and the blue wire is neutral. Ground is still yellow/green. I guess this is some kind of European standard, so if you're wiring this up in the US, connect brown to black and blue to white. Installation is pretty straightforward otherwise. I had to cut the insulation shielding back a couple more inches to get more slack on the wires to work with them, and I had to strip each wire back a little more too because they were barely stripped about 1/8". The included wire nuts were terrible as well, the spring came right off while twisting the wire nut on and actually was a pain to remove afterwards. Lessons learned from the first installation made installing the second light MUCH easier. The light itself is very well made, with a clean modern look and is thankfully BRIGHT. the most important takeaway I have is that they're very good lights and at a reasonably excellent price too for a pair of them. I bought 2 packs (4 lights total) and couldn't be happier.

I’m really impressed with the look and design of these Modern LED Wall Lights! Pros and cons.First of all, they are well packaged to prevent damage. In fact I had to tear the box to shreds just to open it! The fixtures are beautiful, well made and will give a modern update to any space they are used in.They are true to the dimensions listed in one of the listing photos, however all of the other photos used show the fixtures much larger than they really are!The wiring was complicated and after calling my electrician neighbor over, was able to get them connected.They look so good and add a nice ambient light. Don’t expect spotlight bright though. These are more like a gentle lighting of a space to see where you are walking or give your home a delicate, sleek glow. In my opinion the softness makes the exterior look more expensive than a bright light.I think these are gorgeous and just what I needed to give the exterior a refresh.
