I highly recommend pairing it with a dimmer switch for optimal control over light temperatures and mood-setting. Despite its sophisticated appearance, I found the installation process to be surprisingly straightforward, thanks to clear instructions. I love this rattan chandelier! It is made with a metal pendant (just painted as wood) that holds the frame in place. The fixture simply folds out and attaches to the drum with 4 screws. It can fill a large space splendidly or can be shortened to accommodate a smaller area. The 4 bulbs can light any area adequately (and beautifully). Each end is wrapped with rattan rope that looks awesome. The whole piece does hold a bit of weight, but it isn't too heavy. A lovely rustic look that does nothing but compliment an area. I really like the natural tones.It is a quality piece and a good deal imo. It isnt some cheap fixture, the whole thing is substantial and would benefit from a large space to occupy. I really like it. Quality stuff.
