I installed this Centger sputnik chandelier over our dining table, and it's genuinely become the centerpiece of the whole room. The black and gold combination looks sophisticated without feeling overly formal, and the grey glass globes add a soft, diffused quality to the light rather than harsh, direct bulb glare that some sputnik-style fixtures have.At 40 inches, the linear design has fit our longer farmhouse table perfectly, spreading light evenly across the whole surface rather than concentrating brightness in just the center. Having 11 lights has given plenty of brightness for everyday meals while still looking elegant enough for dinner parties or special occasions.Assembly took some patience given the number of arms and globes involved, probably close to an hour working carefully, but everything fit together as expected without any misaligned parts or confusing instructions. Once installed, it's hung securely with no sagging or shifting on the arms since going up.The glass globes have a nice weight and quality feel to them, not thin or fragile-seeming despite handling them during installation. For anyone wanting a genuinely eye-catching, well-made statement fixture for a dining room or kitchen island, this chandelier has delivered real visual impact and continues to be something guests comment on regularly.

This is a beautiful mid-century modern chandelier and looks incredible. The light is easy to install for anyone who has replaced a light fixture before (just be safe) and it's nice to be able to adjust the length, I have 9 foot ceilings. Once installed the look is so cool and it gives off a good amount of light (11 bulbs will do that). The black with gold accents looks great and matches most decors. The quality of the light is excellent as the frame is metal and the globes are glass, no plastic. Overall I think the value of the light is excellent for the quality and look of this chandelier.

Very unique looking light. I like the shade color it adds a different look to the standard sputnkik light. Easy to install on a standard light box if you know what your are doing. Good value for a classy looking quality light. The two tone looks good and adds a little exta depth. Can be adjusted in height with downrods. Takes an odd size lightbulb but they make them in LED

I absolutely love the mid-century space-age styling of this linear chandelier. It serves as a fantastic focal point, though the fixture does come with a few design quirks and considerations to keep in mind before installing it over your dining table or kitchen island.Adjustability and Mounting HardwareThe physical design is highly adaptable, allowing you to pick and choose which of the included downrods you use to dial in the perfect hang height for your space.However, the hardware itself feels a bit delicate. The ceiling mount features a pivot point that has noticeably more play in it than I would prefer. While it works and holds the fixture up just fine, it feels like it wouldn't survive even a moderately heavy accidental pull on the light.Globe Aesthetics and Minor FlawsThe globes feature a really nice grey smoke mirror glaze that looks incredibly cool, especially when the fixture is turned off. However, it is worth noting a minor manufacturing detail: each globe has a small hole left over from the glass-blowing process. Because of the way the globes screw into the fixture, there is no way to position or hide these holes, so they remain slightly visible.Additionally, be aware of how this fixture distributes light. Because of the Sputnik design, the light is thrown evenly in all directions. It does a wonderful job of illuminating the entire room, but it isn't ideal if you need focused, directional task lighting directly down onto an island or table.Bulb Selection and Customer ServiceThis fixture requires 11 individual G9 bulbs. Keep in mind that high-quality G9s can get pricey, so you will want to factor that into your overall budget. I initially installed 3000K frosted LED bulbs, which looked okay, but I eventually swapped them for warmer 2700K frosted bulbs to better match my other kitchen lights. While the frosted globes option might be slightly easier on the eyes when illuminated, the smoke grey is hard to beat for aesthetic appeal.Finally, I have to give credit to their customer service. One of the globes unfortunately arrived broken in the box. I emailed the company directly, and they promptly sent a replacement that arrived in about a week.Final ThoughtsDespite the slightly fragile-feeling ceiling mount and the visible blowing holes in the glass, this is a beautiful mid-century fixture that provides excellent ambient room lighting and comes with responsive customer support.

This is a very nice modern chandelier light. 11 grey glass globe bubbles around a rod so very unique and big. Fits a modern room perfectly.Length is about 40 inches horizontally, this is perfect above a table or center island. Lights are diffused so not hurting the eye. Quality of the lights and rods are both very good. Easy to mount as this is big but not heavy.Price is reasonable and has a coupon now for a big discount. Great deal for a beautiful modern light. Recommended.
