This is such pretty wallpaper. The colors are soft and muted and the cherry blossoms with birds is a classic. I do feel that this traditional design blends well with a variety of household decor styles. The fact that there are so many colors in it makes it likely that it will blend with most rooms.The peel and stick option is great if you don't want to commit to a pasted paper. This paper is easy to peel and it sticks well on a clean surface. You can also reposition it if necessary.It has a sheen to it but it doesn't look shiny as you move about the room. I believe that coating is what makes it waterproof (per the description) and easy to wipe clean.There is one thing I noticed that I don't like and that is there seems to be slight horizontal creases in it every 2.5" or so. I have no idea what that would be from; possibly from the rolling machine? I don't know. You can see what I mean in the pic. It's more visible at the top in the photo due to the lighting but it is actually throughout the entire roll. Since I'm using this paper to line drawers and backs of cabinets, I'm not too concerned about it-it's not noticeable once it's hung in a cabinet or placed in a drawer. I don't know if it would be visible on a wall. As I hold the roll up and let the paper hang, looking at it straight on, I can see the lines if I focus on them. From a sideview, I can definitely see them. I took away a star for that. It could just be my roll and not all of them are like that.The repeat is 17 5/8". That is an important fact that should be listed so one knows how many rolls to order.
