I originally wanted this because of the filtration, but the water pressure ended up being the feature I noticed first. We live on a community well, which means our water is ridiculously hard. For years, my hair and skin were just not feeling great, and I honestly had no clue the tap water was to blame. Hooking this thing up was a total night and day difference. My skin is actually soft right out of the shower without even needing to slather on a bunch of lotion, and my hair feels incredibly smooth now. The water pressure is fantastic, too. It literally creates a wind in the shower if I crank it all the way up. And don't even get me started on the smell from that vitamin C cartridge. It's absolutely divine and leaves my whole bedroom and bathroom smelling like I have an expensive lemon essential oil diffuser running. I never thought I could care this much about a shower fixture, but this is basically my new pride and joy.Overall the filter is exactly as described and completely exceeded my expectations. While a hundred and fifty bucks is a decent chunk of change for a shower head, the immediate difference it makes for your daily routine makes it a truly excellent value for the price.

the water flow is quite amazing, like the shower feels so nice, I tested it with and without the orange scented vitamin c filter. Makes your whole restroom smell like citrusy orange and you too for a bit after. I do feel like I come out cleaner vs the hard water where I'm at and .y head itches probably less if anything.The quality is good enough, metal feeling plastic besides for the filter, with installation being quite simple. The filter seems to work well and it's decently adjustability to average angles but that's where it's like ... where can I get a new filter?They don't have any available on Amazon yet, so now I'm stuck with a temporary shower head or would have to search for their site when these should be made readily available. For how expensive this is relatively to other showerheads, I guess it's great quality for water filter and floor quality but for accessibility and even committing to using their device, it's rather iffy.Also water does get trapped in the head as it's tilted sideways at and angle and doesn't quite adjust all the way down, which is like where I feel they should've added more maneuverability because now how clean is water gonna stay in that head. Yeah... Could be better all around but as it sprays out that's like a 5/5 100 percent

Based on the manufacturer's recommendations, it looks like I would need to replace the filters about every 45 days. At the time I'm writing this review, replacement filters from the manufacturer don't appear to be readily available and compatible filters from other brands don't fit this unit. That creates a lot of uncertainty about the long-term cost of ownership and whether replacements will be easy to obtain.If replacement filters become widely available at a reasonable price, I think this would be an easy product to recommend. The shower head itself performs very well, looks attractive and does what it's supposed to do. However, since you're essentially committed to using proprietary replacement filters, I'd strongly recommend researching the replacement filter availability and cost before purchasing. This is a beautiful, filtered, shower head that took me 5 or 6 minutes to install, after having removed my old one. The design is rather elegant, if simple, and is largely made of high quality plastic (which mimics the look of matte-finished silver metal). The actual pipe fittings are made of metal, as is the perforated plate through which the water flows through the tiniest of holes.I like that only the pipe fitting piece was required to be screwed into the shower arm (which made it much less cumbersome to install) and that the bulk of the shower head was a separate piece that was pulled off and then pushed back in after having used the permanently-attached cuff. This was pushed up to release and also to reinsert the shower head after the connector had been installed.The shower itself had a lot more pressure than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. I really like the citrus scent that the water had as well. We recently put in whole-house water filtration and softener, so I was curious to see if this shower head would make a difference. I can say that it did a bit as to water pressure and scent, but I suspect that not having to purchase consumables (scent pack, filters, cloths) as often as recommended by the manufacturer, due to our already-treated water, might be the biggest benefit over the long run.I do not know how to test for the advertised vitamin C and E in the water, but I do feel really refreshed after a shower. I also have a shaved head, so I can’t say how it would work for someone with long hair, but my skin feels great and a bit smoother after a shower (I think)..NOTE: I ventured to the manufacturer’s website to check pricing on the consumables (which I could not find on Amazon) and these potentially cost ~$60 every 90 days (assuming one showers every day :) ).Overall this is a superior shower head that makes me feel like I am living in a spa, but be aware of potential and ongoing costs to keep it in good working order (and smell!) -- which may be well worth it for someone with hair or skin issues, but more difficult to justify for someone like me (bald curmudgeon).
