Good quality

[Size: 3Ft Power Cord]
I used this to make a counter top 3 gang outlet instead of running new wiring inside the walls. It's plugged into the lower outlet and feeds the recessed 3 gang box on the counter top. Good quality and very happy with it so far.

Having a backup replacement cord floating around the shop is a lifesaver, especially when you never know when a saw, grinder, or sander cord is going to give out. I picked this one up to restock my supply after using my last spare for a new garbage disposal installation. The cord itself is heavy duty and extremely well built. It uses thick 12 gauge wire, which means you never have to worry about stepping down to a lower gauge or underpowering your equipment. That 12AWG rating gives you total versatility, whether you need a permanent supply line for 120V workshop tools and household appliances or just a reliable temporary power hookup to get a machine running today while a replacement is on backorder. One of my favorite details is the 90 degree plug head. It sits completely flush against the wall outlet, which keeps things clean and out of the way for long term setups. It is a solid, top notch supply cable that will easily last for years, and it is definitely a must have item to keep on your shop shelf for the next unexpected fix.

Beefy plug whip assemblyBeefy plug whip assembly

[Size: 3Ft Power Cord, Size: 3Ft Power Cord]
If you need a heavy duty replacement cord for a high current 120 volt power tool, this is an excellent plug whip to use. The assembly is UL rated with tinned copper conductors. The 15 amp plug is NEMA 5-15 configured and the 12 awg wire assures next to no voltage drop even under 1800 plus watt workout. If your wall outlet is on a 20 amp branch, you could pull 20 amps down the cord appropriately. There is the pesky white powder under the outer jacket in order to make releasing the inner conductors easier. The cord is flexible given the heavy wire size and the 90 degree plug head allows for close quarters usage with a solid over-molded connection to the cable jacket.

SOLID 12AWG REPLACEMENT CORD FOR HEAVY TOOLS

[Size: 3Ft Power Cord]
Needed a heavy-duty replacement cord for a busted power tool in the garage. This 12AWG cable handles high wattage without heating up, the pre-stripped ends make wiring it in completely straightforward, and the flat plug keeps it flush against the wall.Dealing with an old, frayed power cord on a heavy-duty shop tool is a massive safety hazard and an absolute headache. Relying on thin replacement wire usually results in the cable getting dangerously hot under a heavy load. I grabbed this 12AWG pigtail cord to rewire a piece of equipment in the garage, and it fixes that issue entirely. The build quality right out of the package is completely solid. The 12-gauge copper is thick enough to handle a heavy 20-amp draw without bottlenecking the power or overheating during continuous use. The outer jacket is rugged and easily survives getting dragged across a concrete floor or snagged on materials without tearing or showing deep scuffs.Installation takes zero effort. The open ends come perfectly pre-stripped, making it entirely straightforward to wire it directly into the tool's internal terminals without having to fight with cutting back heavy jacket material. The low-profile flat plug is exactly on point, allowing the equipment to stay plugged in behind a workbench without the cord bending at a harsh angle out of the outlet.Overall, it is a highly functional, well-made piece of hardware that gets the point across. It is a straightforward fix that brings older, high-draw equipment back to life safely and gets the job done right.Pros:Heavy 12AWG wire easily handles a 20-amp load without overheatingPre-stripped open ends make rewiring equipment entirely straightforwardLow-profile flat plug keeps the cord safely flush against the wall outletThick outer jacket stands up to getting dragged across rough shop floorsCons:Three-foot length is relatively short and absolutely requires using an extension cord for mobile toolsThick 12-gauge wire is very stiff and can be tough to route inside smaller tool housings

[Size: 3Ft Power Cord, Size: 3Ft Power Cord]
Heavy-duty replacement cord with a convenient flat plugI purchased this as a replacement power cord, and I'm very pleased with the quality. The 12 AWG wire feels heavy-duty and well made, and the pre-stripped ends made installation straightforward. The color-coded wires (black, white, and green) are easy to identify, which helps avoid wiring mistakes. One of my favorite features is the low-profile flat plug. It lets my appliance sit much closer to the wall without putting unnecessary strain on the cord or blocking nearby outlets. The insulation feels durable, the cord is flexible enough to work with, and everything appears to be solidly constructed. It's a good option if you need a replacement cord for a refrigerator, air conditioner, power tool, or other appliance that requires a heavy-duty power cord.Overall, this is a well-made replacement cord that offers good value for the price. I would purchase it again.

Super nice Replacement Cord. Only 3'ft so does have its limitations

[Size: 3Ft Power Cord]
This is a great Replacement Cord. I like to have one of these floating around in the shop for the next cord that goes out. From saws , grinders and sanders I never know if and when i will need one. This one is replacing the last one I had in "stock" I used for my new garbage disposal. For the corse itself it is heavy duty and very well built. 12awg which gives tons of flexibility to where it can be used. For 120v appliances, tools or for anything requiring a supply line. I will use on what ever needs it when the time comes. The plug is a 90° so sits flush to wall which i like especially if its a forever cable. I will also use as a temp supply if a better one is backordered or need it to work today. All in all this is a very nice replacement/ supply cord. Extremely heavy duty should last years. The 12awg is great as you never want to step down to a lower gage wire.

Nice Appliance Cord!Nice Appliance Cord!

[Size: 3Ft Power Cord, Size: 3Ft Power Cord]
Well, I sure changed my tune on this product. At first when I saw the silver colored wire tips in other reviewers' pictures I thought it might have aluminum wiring, but no, the ends are just tinned, probably for easy connections. I cut off the tips and it is indeed copper wire and the stated 12-gauge wire is right. Then, all I saw on the packaging was a CE mark and I was thinking it might not be UL listed but, sure enough, it is marked on the plug AND cord - see attached pictures. So, with the authentic UL certification marks I didn't really think it needed testing but I gave it a whirl, anyway. And it passed with flying colors. I used two heaters to run 2000 watts through it and neither the wires nor the plug prongs got hot - not even warm really. So, it should handle the rated 15 amps/1875 watts very well. Speaking of the plug prongs they are very secure - no wiggle whatsoever. It is 3' long as ordered (that includes 2.5 inches of plug). And the plug shape is good for tight spaces behind appliances. Overall, it looks like a quality product.

This is a robust, well made, and excellent replacement power cordThis is a robust, well made, and...

If you have any electrical device that requires a NEMA 5-15P connection that needs to be 3 foot or less, you could do much worse than getting this 12 gauge heavy duty replacement cord with low profile flat 5-15P plug (the P in 5-15P, btw). This item is packaged in a half white, half clear plastic ziplock bag with the requisite white FBA product identification barcode sticker label affixed to the back of the bag. You can see the replacement power cord from the front clear side without opening the bag. The chord is folded in three folds and tied together with a black twist tie. On the opposite end of the yellow low profile NEMA 5-15P plug are the three pigtails for hot (black), neutral (white), and ground (green). They are substantial at 12 AWG which would imply higher currently capacity, (typical power chords are more likely to be 18 AWG, I know, the larger the AWG number the smaller the wire diameter and current capacity, crazy, right?). If you need a replacement cord, you can do much worse than getting this heavy duty cord that can carry more current than a typical one. Five stars!
