G40 String Lights

I have these strung around the canopy tents that cover our patio area, and they provide the perfect amount of light for hanging out after the sun goes down and the day's heat finally passes.They have survived through several heavy wind storms and remained secured, and the bulbs are fine, with not a single cracked or broken bulb being tossed around with the canopy and banging into the frames. They each have an individual hook on them to help keep them secure and in place, but I do find a few sliding out of place after particualry bad wind, but they pop back in place easily.They look nice with a soft light, no blaring spots in your eyes from being too bright, just warm, ambient light.

These string lights are an easy way to make a patio or backyard feel much more inviting. Main reason for getting this?I ordered this product because I wanted to replace the current set of patio string lights. They were getting pretty weathered.How does it work?It is easy!! You just hang them up. I used ¾ turn open ended hooks to hang them from my trellis in the back patio. Then I put a motion sensor light socket in my porch light housing. You need the one that can see through glass and put light socket outlet adapter into the other end of the motion sensor light socket to plug these string of lights into that. That way I can leave them on at the light switch and when it detects motion it turns on automatically for my pets or kids.How is the quality?This is really a set of string LED lights. They are lightweight and can handle being outdoors. They also are not breakable which is good in high winds.What were the results?I am glad that I got this set of lights. Now I can enjoy the outdoors and even grill at night which is a plus. I highly recommend them!!

These look awesome at night! The lights are bright and they are spaced well, they also came with an extra bulb and instructions regarding what kind of bulbs were suitable for replacements.I don't know that I have ever had a full 50 foot string of lights before so this one felt really long to me, but in a great way because I could light the patio for my beices brothday party much better than I expected. The simplicity of a circular bulb matches everything and it looks great!I always get concerned with string lights whether they will get too warm and I left these plugged in for an hour then tested with my hands whether they were hot to the touch, but they were hardly warm at all. They work right out of the box, and they have clips so that they cam.be easily installed on more surfaces, such as chain link fences, without much additional hardware. We had them.out in the rain the last two nights and when texted my brother and asked if they were still working, he said that they're doing great, no water in the bulbs or damage to any of the lights.This is fairly high quality for outdoor string lights. I would (probably will) buy these for special outdoor occasions, but also would leave these up as a patio light source year round. They would work in any festive display but the style is not holiday specific.These shipped and arrived within the given time frame and were packaged well, arrived undamaged.Great set of outdoor lights!

Great lights. Had to return because they were too small for what I needed.

This is a 50-foot long string of lights. There are 24 lights that are supposed to be shatterproof LED bulbs. The lights give off that sort of yellowish-whiteish light that is probably the most common "color" I've seen. These lights are easy to install: just string them up where you want them and plug them in! The 25 lights are supposed to be about 1.7 feet apart which seems pretty good at least for us. We have them along a wood privacy fence at the back of the deck. The only issue we have had is that we have to run them on an extension cord since we don't have an electrical outlet nearby that location.They give a nice pop of light in a previously fairly dark area and look and feel like they are decently durable. Just plug 'em in for a nice, cozy ambiance. They have already weathered a few typical thunderstorms which don't seem to have had an adverse effect on them, but nothing major as of yet. That said, we do plan on bringing them in for the winter (or at least storing them in the garage). There's no reason not to do that since we probably won't be spending much time on our deck when it's under a few inches of snow!

I picked up these LED 50' outdoor string lights for a favorite gathering spot in our backyard where the deck and stairs can become a little tricky to see after dark.
