This is a great offset extension wrench. It comes with a great selection of drivers and sockets and is so useful and versatile. This isn’t one of those tools that I use very often but there are a couple of situations where it is much appreciated. My husband and I rebuild Subaru engines and almost always remove the engine from the vehicle to do the work. Some of the mounting bolts on the bell housings are difficult to get to. There are two lower studs with nuts at the bottom and one side is easy and the other is nearly impossible. You can get a socket or a wrench on it but there is so little room to turn the wrench. That is where this tool really shines. This extension allows for lots for room and leverage to get those nuts and bolts out from hard spots. This extension wrench looks well made and it comes with lots of accessories. You can use any socket with it but they offer a nice assortment of impact sockets in the molded plastic hard case. Everything is well organized and marked for size so it’s easy to find what you need. I’m not convinced that this will hold up to use with an impact driver, but for just about anything else, it’s a great tool. As I write this the price is $60 for the set which is pretty reasonable. I’m happy with this purchase.

First off, let's review the impact claim. I honestly can't imagine this withstands more than 10 seconds of impact before detonating. This is a light duty extension, that definitely fills a need. BUT if you put this on an impact gun there is no way it will withstand that force. I would ONLY recommend using this for hand powered tools only.That being said, the fit and finish on this looks good. No sharp edges, things look cleaning manufactured. It does feel a bit lightweight duty per say, but the times I tested it I did not have issues with it working properly.This fits into awkward positions quite well. Unlike traditional ratchets that have extenders, this has a set length. It feels like it would work in many situations, but realistically if you need an extension more than about 12-14", you'll need a different tool. One thing to note, it can be a bit difficult to apply force in the right direction, since you're coming at a bolt from the side. You might need to apply some downward pressure on the side of the unit if you have a bolt that is at all slippery, rounded off, or a socket that isn't fitting perfect. This will also cut down on your reach distance.Overall, this is a very niche tool that definitely feels a need. I feel the price is solid for what I received, but again I would highly suggest not using an impact on this device.

This is a good quality offset extension wrench kit with a quality carrying case that makes storage and transport really quick and convenient. It also comes with a quality set of impact sockets, meaning if you don’t already have a set this is a great first step into getting what you need to do work in tight spaces and get stuff done more quickly. The extension itself is made out of metal and appears to be made fairly well, it seems sturdy and strong and I really like the orange color which makes it easy to see and find while your working on the job. I use it for getting to hard to reach areas inside engine bays or other places where you’d want to get a ratchet or an impact but just cant because of a lack of space, this thing really excels in situations like that. It also comes with all the adapters you need to use it with various different sized sockets and I had no issues using this with both an impact wrench, and impact driver with an adapter, and a regular 3/8 ratchet. It seems to be able to handle a pretty good amount of torque, The most I put on it was about 75 lb/ft and it help up well at that level so its definitely pretty stout. The fact that the sockets themselves are also pretty low profile also helps a lot with getting the whole kit into some really thin spaces and has saved me a lot of time while doing studs and spark plugs and other automotive stuff like that where it gets tricky to get enough space and access for an impact or ratchet.Overall, this is a well built extension that works well with both ratchets and impacts. It comes with a nice collection compatible sockets so you can get right to work, and also includes all the adapters you could need to get started with either a ratchet or an impact. The included case is high quality and easily holds everything in one very compact and convenient spot, making it the perfect extra to throw in your truck, go bag or tool box for when you need a little more reach. Highly effective, and a good value at this price point when compared to other more expensive and less capable options out there.
