I got this LED driver to power some single-color strips on a small cabinet project. The slim case is easy to hide. The wire leads are already tinned, so they’re ready to connect. I’m not using the Triac dimmer leads, but it works fine with an inline dimmer on the output side as well.

I used this 60W driver for a custom carpentry project. I built a wide headboard and needed to tuck a power supply inside to run a built-in LED strip. Space was limited. This little box did the trick. It measures roughly 3 by 1.5 inches and dropped right into the framing cavity. The mounting tabs are actually useful. I ran two screws straight into the wood frame and locked it down. It provided a tight fit with no rattling. We had a custom cutout for the wall outlet and expanded it to accommodate an extra Lutron dimmer. We wired the driver straight to it. Setup was basic electrical work. The included push-in lever wire connectors were truly useful for connecting components professionally.Performance is spot on. The lights can get very bright without the unit getting warm, and I dialed them all the way down to a bare glow to test the load. There is absolutely no flickering. The voltage stays stable at the bottom end of the dial.Great value for a proper, UL-listed component. It does exactly what it claims to do.Five stars.

Our under counter lights went out and this is just what we needed to fix the issue. It worked like a champ! The old power supply was much bigger but yet lighter. The old one felt cheap. This one is way different, much heavier and the size is much smaller. I'm hoping this one will last longer and is built more robust. I like how all the specs are right on the front label and there's only 4 wires to connect. The wire connectors are very nice and happy i get those included. The output power is more than what we need so that's good. If it lasts longer then I feel like its good value. Overall, I'm satisfied and you will be too! Good luck with your project!

I used this 12V 60W Dimmable LED Driver to replace an old, non-dimmable power supply for a bathroom vanity, and it works as expected. Upgrading allowed me to add a wall dimmer switch to the fixture, and the performance has been great—it dimms just fine across the entire range with no flickering or humming. Converting the AC line voltage to smooth DC power has made the vanity lighting much more versatile, allowing for bright task lighting in the morning or soft ambient light at night. The only small issue with the installation was that the cables were too short for my application, requiring me to strip back and extend the leads to comfortably reach inside my junction box. Otherwise, I am very happy with it. It is a reliable, compact, and solid transformer that gets the job done well.

I bought this dimmable LED driver to power the low-voltage ceiling accent lights on my covered back porch by the pool, and it has performed flawlessly. It's paired with a Lutron Caséta dimmer, and the combination works exactly as I hoped. The light output is smooth and consistent across the entire dimming range. Even at the lowest setting I'd realistically use, the lights stay steady with no flickering or buzzing. As I raise the brightness, the response is immediate and linear, providing clean, solid light all the way up to full output.Installation was straightforward, and I really appreciate how compact the driver is. Mine is mounted on my basement control panel, where it takes up very little space while still being easy to access if needed. For the performance, ease of installation, compact size, and excellent dimming capability, this driver is an outstanding value. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again for another lighting project.I hope this is helpful

TLDR: Good compact LED driver, but make sure your lights and dimmer matchFor a 12V LED strip or under-cabinet lighting project, this is a solid little driver as long as the specs match what you’re installing. The compact size is one of the better features because it is easier to tuck behind cabinets, inside a lighting channel area, or somewhere out of sight compared with a bulkier power supply. The dimming support is also a big reason to consider it. Having TRIAC ELV/MLV compatibility makes it more useful for a cleaner built-in lighting setup instead of relying on a cheap plug-in adapter. It is also nice that it is listed for UL/FCC/RoHS and Class 2 use, which gives a little more confidence than an unmarked generic LED power supply. That said, this is the kind of product where compatibility really matters. You need to confirm that your LEDs are 12V, that the total wattage stays under 60W, and that your wall dimmer is compatible. If any of those pieces are wrong, the driver may flicker, dim poorly, or not work the way you expect.Installation is straightforward if you are comfortable with low-voltage lighting, but I would not treat it like a casual plug-and-play accessory unless you already understand the wiring. For anything tied into house power, proper installation matters.Bottom line: a good compact dimmable LED driver for the right 12V lighting setup. I’d recommend it if the voltage, wattage, and dimmer compatibility all line up, but I would double-check those details before ordering.

For me, so far, this has been a great little transformer. Time will tell if it lasts, but it feels substantial enough for its size to get the job done for awhile. The trick for me is to find a place that's easy to access for the day when it will eventually need to be replaced. Making sure it has room around it for heat dissipation ought to keep it breathing easily for some time. That's made easier my the small size of this unit. Installation is simple. Mounting it can be as easy as finding a convenient spot to mount it with the included screws. Wire connectors are included, which is going to be much appreciated by many a DIY'er. This can be used with either a one-wire (just hot) or two-wire (hot and neutral) dimmer or other switch. Connections for both are explained clearly in the included instructions. Kudos to this vendor for understanding the importance of clear, concise instructions and delivering them. (I will say that the print in the illustrations had me reaching for a magnifying glass, but my eyes aren't the greatest. Still, a slightly larger print would be nice.) The instruction sheet also includes specifications. You might want to keep them for future reference. If you don't -- no worries. The driver's case is clearly labeled with input and output specs. When it comes to splicing, you always have options, of course. The wires on this are pre-tinned in case you want to solder them. Even if you use a mechanical connection (like the included lever connectors), the tinning helps keep all the strands together while handling and then pushing them into the connectors. All in all, this is a nice little unit designed and delivered by people who have put themselves in their customers' shoes. Well thought out and well done. At the current asking price, I see it as a good value.

The LVTINRS 12V Dimmable LED Driver is a 60W Class 2 power supply designed to convert standard 120V AC power to 12V DC for LED strip lights, under-cabinet lighting, linear lights, and other low-voltage lighting setups. The feature that stands out most to me is the Triac dimming compatibility, since it is designed to work with common ELV and MLV dimmer switches from brands like Lutron and Leviton. For anyone trying to build a clean, hardwired lighting setup instead of using a bulky plug-in adapter, this is the type of driver that makes the whole installation feel more finished.I like that this driver is compact enough to tuck into tighter spaces, like behind cabinets or near LED channel installs, while still providing up to 60 watts of output. That is enough capacity for a lot of smaller to medium LED strip projects, as long as you calculate your strip wattage correctly and leave yourself some headroom. The slim profile is a big plus because LED drivers can get awkward quickly when you are trying to hide them in a cabinet, soffit, media console, display shelf, or accent lighting project. The dimming performance is really the main reason to consider this over a basic 12V power supply. A good LED driver should not just turn the lights on, it should provide stable output, reduce flicker, and dim smoothly without annoying jumps or buzzing. This one is designed for 0-100% dimming with Triac ELV/MLV technology, which makes it a better fit for permanent home lighting than a cheap non-dimmable adapter. I also appreciate that it is UL and FCC listed, Class 2 rated, and comes with a 5-year coverage period, since those details matter when you are installing something that will be wired into a home lighting setup.Overall, this is a practical and well-specified LED driver for 12V lighting projects where dimming matters. It is especially useful for LED strip lighting, under-cabinet lighting, display lighting, or accent lighting where you want the final result to feel integrated instead of improvised. Just make sure your total LED load stays within the 60W rating and that your dimmer is compatible, but for the right setup, this is a clean, compact, and confidence-inspiring power supply.
