Handy gloves for woodworking.

[Size: X-Large]
I am constantly discovering cuts and splinters in my hands after working in my shop. I usually don't notice them when it happens, so it is annoying.I picked up these gloves to see if I could comfortably and safely wear glove while working with wood. Turns out, it doesn't hinder me in any meaningful way. I was able to operate all of my tools, even installing a drill depth stop on a 3/8 drill bit. The grip felt fine handling materials, and even lifting/moving my chop saw. I cannot yet speak to the durability as I am too busy to work on my projects at the moment. Two minor issues. Usually XL gloves fit me fine, the fit on these is good, but the fingers are a little long. The other issue is that they don't work with my cell phone. It is a little annoying to need to take off the glove to check messages.Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend these to other woodworkers.

Great Value and Sturdy

These gloves are a great combination of protection and comfort. They are lightweight and flexible enough that you can still move your hands easily and handle smaller items without feeling like you are wearing bulky work gloves. The PU coating gives them a nice grip, and I like that the 8-pair pack gives you plenty of extras to keep around or replace as needed. They feel well made and are a good choice for yard work, projects, or jobs where you are handling rough or sharp materials. Good value for the number of pairs you get. The fit is a bit tight for me but I have larger hands. It wasn't too tight that it was uncomfortable though.

A little tight but works well!

Surprisingly, these gloves are comfortable and I didn't find myself cursing at the wind when I was moving palm fronds. I will say that the gloves are a bit tighter than what you'd think. I got the largest size and it still felt like it was too small, and I have smaller hands. It's fine, it works.I'm happy with these and have been using them for all sorts of outdoor cleaning and haven't had my nerves go haywire thinking that I would cut myself. The grip has been a lifesaver for hard to turn items, they're versatile in the sense that I can go from pulling weeds to lifting heavy scrap metal without any nicks. Overall a great price point for some gloves that wont leave you questioning if you're going to cut or nick yourself while also being able to do various tasks.

Eight Pairs Means Always Having a Clean Set Ready

Work gloves that offer real cut resistance without feeling like you're wearing oven mitts are exactly what outdoor and maintenance tasks around the property call for. The PU coated grip handles wet and dry surfaces reliably and the lightweight 13-gauge knit keeps hands protected without sacrificing the dexterity needed for detailed work.Eight pairs in a bulk pack means rotating through them without constantly washing the single pair most people end up with and always having a fresh set ready when one gets truly dirty. A practical, well made work glove that earns its place in the tool shed without any hesitation.

Durable, comfortable gloves - Quality materials - Probably better for colder weatherDurable, comf...

[Size: X-Large, Size: X-Large]
These are durable working gloves. Very comfortable. XL fit my hands well. The wrist material stretches well to allow you to get your hands in easily, but also conforms to the wrist shape. They are probably better for colder weather. I wore these while working with a lot of trees and brush in about 100 degrees and they got a bit warm for that type of weather. Just something to keep in mind. These provided good protection from sharp limbs and branches, and great grip on some that were a bit more slippery. They're effective at protecting my hands while I was using a mini chainsaw to cut some of them down to a more manageable size.At nearly $4/pair when I got them, I would say they're a fair value for what you can find these days, and they are made of fairly thick, quality material. Each pair is reusable many times, depending on what all you're doing with them. Having 8 pairs, I can throw one into a couple vehicles, as well as the tractor. It still leaves a couple to go into the shop for work indoors.

Excellent qualityExcellent quality

[Size: Medium, Size: Medium]
These are truly cut resistant gloves. They are quite stiff when they first arrive, but just a minute on your hand and they soften right up. The coating on the palm & fingers makes it easy to grip just about anything and the entire glove is incredibly resistant to knives and chisels. I've been whittling for years, but recently received a diagnosis that requires me to take blood thinners. These allow me to safely continue my favorite hobby without fear of cuts & nicks. And yes, I tested them before I ever but my hand inside - I ran several different knives at various strengths & spots. When I was done, I couldn't even tell where I attempted to cut the gloves. They still looked brand new.I measured my hand, followed their guide, ordered the size indicated and they fit perfectly. The thickness is obviously enough to protect your hand, but not so much that you can't still use your hands normally. They breathe pretty well, so my hands only got a little warmer than usual.I ordered these for whittling, but have already found several other uses and my husband turned around and ordered them in his size to use while fishing for grip and to protect against fish hooks. I'd say that makes them pretty versatile, too.

Very handy & multi-purpose pack! I dispersed them to each car, the garage, and in the house.

[Size: Medium]
I got these to use on a lot of different things around the house, car, and garage.A while back, I'd bought a car battery jumper and tire inflator that included a set of these gloves. They were so helpful that I decided to buy more gloves to keep in various places, including each of the cars.I have put them with various machines and I keep a set in the center console to help me when I pump gas at gas stations. These are flexible enough that I can still manipulate my hands and fingers and do SOME fine motor skills, like push buttons, and screw or unscrew things.I'm not sure how you're supposed to clean them, But, I just wash my hands with them on, using dish detergent every couple of weeks.I recommend. These are the kind of gloves I'd like to have in multiple places - especially in my cars and garage. I used a set this past weekend when we sprayed the walkway. They were great - certainly better than the clear, disposable ones we usually use.I recommend.

[Size: X-Large, Size: X-Large]
These are a nice set of cut resistant, medium weight work gloves. I ordered the 8 pack of size extra-large gloves. They were a little tight and fit more like a large on my than an extra-large. They have a firm or tight fit around the wrist and fit snug around the hand. My fingers fit, but there certainly wasn't any extra wiggle room.Like most gloves in this class they feature a hybrid fabric shell, an elastic wrist with an elastic cuff, and a coating around three-fourth of the fingers and the palm or underside of your hand. The material is a mixture of 48% HPPE, High-Performance Polyethylene (HPPE), 12% fiberglass fiber and 40% nylon (for stretch). The listing states it is 13 gauge so right where you expect a medium weight glove. The coating on the palm and underside of the fingers is a polyurethane (PU) coating. It gives the gloves a pretty good grip which isn't sticky. You do have pretty good dexterity with these gloves. As with all gloves of this type they promote their touchscreen compatibility and with most gloves the answer is that yes, sort-of.These gloves are rated for cut resistance as ANSI A7 (out of a scale of 9) which is in the high ratings and means they are good for manufacturing, glass handling, and metal fabrication. My pair of scissors couldn't make a mark on them or really puncture them either. They didn't specify any separate rating for abrasion or puncture resistance but obviously provide some protection there as well.Overall a nice set of medium weight, cut resistant work gloves!
