I got this to add some shade over a portion of my back patio, and it’s worked really well so far. My patio is about 30’ x 10’, so this size was a good fit for covering just one section instead of the entire space. The material feels thicker and sturdier than I expected, so it doesn’t have that flimsy feel some shade cloths do.The reinforced edges and metal grommets seem well made, and I like that it comes with the ball bungees since they made installation a little easier.I went with the 70% shade version, and it blocks enough sun to make that area much more comfortable without making it feel too dark underneath.Overall, I’m really happy with it. It feels durable, seems well constructed, and has done exactly what I was hoping it would. If you’re looking to create shade over part of a patio, pergola, or another outdoor space, I think this is a great option.

My cucumber and squash plants were looking very sad and the squash plant had no female flowers. I put this up to help lessen the sub exposure later in the day, and it has worked wonderfully. I now have too many squash and cucumbers. So far, this shade cloth is holding up well, but time will tell how it lasts. It is decently thick and they give you ties you can use to secure it. It blocks the sun well, but doesn't entirely block it out, which is nice. It was easy to put up and is a very solid option for the price.

This heavy duty 70% black shade 4ft by 10ft cloth mesh tarp with grommets by FinstBy is well made and the perfect size for hanging over the top of the swingset play yard for my grandkids. Opr old fabric cover has deteriorated over the years, and this actually does a better job keeping the direct sun off of my little-ones while the play. The price is a bargain for the buiild quality and shade ability. I am going to use this cloth to keep some of my vegetables from frying in the Houston summer sun. I hope to keep the tomatoes producing. They are more of a spring fruit so this shade cloth csn help keep it cooler over the garden during the hottest part of the day. It’s very well made. Seems to be a quality product.

This shade is just right for my dog kennel. It was easy to install, it comes with included ties to make it simple. I let the shade sit out in the sun for a bit just to soften it up since it comes folded. The sun did its job and the shade is nice and flat. I wanted something that provided some protection but didn't pull too hard in the wind. As you can see in the pic, it does block a lot of the sun but lets enough air through where it didn't want to take the side of my kennel like a sail.The corners and grommets are very well reinforced which I'm grateful for-we live in a windy area. Now in the summer my dogs have a nice cooler spot to play or nap. Glad to have it.

This provides amazing shade and it really is heavy duty. I actually use this to shade by the water table so the kids don't get burnt playing there for hours. It's super versatile.
