This is a complete fan/light combo which is be well-suited to a small to midsize den or bedroom. The led light is bright, but doesn’t cast far enough to, say, read a paper book by. With only three blades and a meager motor, it can’t quite compare to larger, more powerful fans. However, if pair appropriately, it’s a very acceptable fixture.It operates quietly and is easy to install, shipping with everything required. The initial balance was perfect for me without any other ballast needed.

To save yourself some hassle, I highly recommend tweaking the steps: Step 7 (wiring and mounting the remote receiver box) should really be done much earlier in the process.
