I swapped my bulky old storage tank heater for this Novieex tankless unit recently and it has been a game changer, the biggest win is definitely the multi point simultaneous water use, my partner can shower in the master bath and I can run the kitchen sink for dishes and the laundry machine's hot water cycle can run at the same time without any sudden cold spikes or weak flow.One huge plus is the 3s instant hot water, no more waiting minutes for the tap to heat up which save me so much wasted cold water every day, also this unit run at 99% thermal efficiency and only heats water on demand so out monthly electrical bill gets dropped drastically than the old tank that kept reheating water 24/7.Now for installation here are a few points I could give, it is best for non professionals to hire a licensed electrician it needs two separate pole breakers and 8 AWG wires with ground, also fully flush all pipes to purge air before turning on power and add a descaling filter on hte cold inlet to avoid limescale damage long term. It mounts vertically on the wall too so freeing up some garage space is good.

I replaced my old water heater with this one and I am really happy with the decision, it heats up quickly and having endless hot water is amazing, I really missed that feeling of just getting in and not waiting. I have taken back to back showers and used the sink at the same time without noticing any type of issues with the temperature. I also like how compact it is and it does not take much space, and the digital display is what got me, it makes it easy to adjust the temperature exactly where I want it to be. As long as you have the proper electrical set up is easy to install, it's been reliable and worked as I expected, and for the cost I really can't complain, I think I got a good deal.
