I’m so glad I ended up ordering these because the original vanity light I wanted to use them on actually didn’t work out. For some reason, the lights were too close together and the shades looked disproportionate. They were also just a little bit loose, even though I measured everything beforehand, so I must have been off by a few millimeters. It was subtle, but noticeable enough to bother me.Luckily, I have hanging pendant lights in my closets, so I thought, why not put the glass shades on those instead and raise them up a little? That’s exactly what I ended up doing, and I actually like them there even more than I would have on the vanity.They give my closets a much fancier aesthetic, even though the closets themselves are definitely not fancy 😅 My daughter especially loves the one in her closet. She uses it in the mornings when she wakes up, and it gives off just enough light and shimmer for her to get ready without turning on a large, super-bright overhead light at 6am.The glass is really nice & feels high quality. The shades are substantial and have a good weight to them, but they aren’t so heavy that I’m worried about them pulling on the light fixture or ceiling in general. I also love the diamond-like texture because it gives off a really pretty shimmer when the light is on.Even though they didn’t work for my original project, I’m actually very happy I found another use for them. They ended up being a really pretty little upgrade to my closets.

Beautiful, well-made ornate glass lamp shades/sconce shades. I ordered these in grey and am so thoroughly pleased with the product which has a smoked glass appearance that is dark but still translucent enough for a decent amount of light to emit from within (I have one with the light on and one with light off in the photo to display). I wasn’t sure what to expect but the glasswork is excellent and the detailed pattern design (a diamond point/pyramid faceted pattern) on them is attractive and yet also modern and doesn’t feel too antiquated. They’d be good for both indoor and outdoor use as well and are sturdy enough to handle outdoor placement. Their size is great, larger than I expected which I think allows for more versatility in where you can place them. Overall and excellent quality product, especially for the cost.

While this is a pretty set of lamp shades, they seem to be overpriced for the quality. At the time of my review, these were listed at over $42 for the pair. If these were better quality, that price would be more appropriate. However, in person and up close, I would have expected more in the $30 price range. The glass isn’t terribly thick; not thin either. But the neck opening is a bit messy and unfinished. On the plus side, they arrived securely and in perfect condition. I will still end up using these. Once they’re installed, this isn’t terribly noticeable especially from a distance.

The pictures just do these glass lamp shades justice! They're absolutely gorgeous! The color is a lovely shade of spring green, (although the pictures make them look more lime). The texture and facets of the shades reflect the light in the most beautiful way. I'm truly impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of these shades. I will be purchasing more for other fixtures in my home, as these are going in the brass colored fixture in my blue and green powder room. Definitely a worthy purchase!

These are GORGEOUS!! I honestly wasn’t expecting them to look this good in person. The faceted diamond design is absolutely stunning, especially when the light hits the glass. The warm amber color gives them such a beautiful, cozy, upscale look without feeling overly fancy.And they are THICK and QUALITY!! These don’t feel like flimsy, cheap replacement shades at all. They have some serious weight to them and feel like they’re going to hold up beautifully.The detail in the glass is what really sold me. They have that perfect mix of vintage, Art Deco, and modern style, and I can already picture them looking amazing on pendant lights or sconces.10/10 for appearance and quality. If you’re looking for a way to make a light fixture look instantly more expensive and interesting, these are IT. I’m seriously loving these! Wish I could select the number I want versus set packs.

I'm still getting used to these because they're quite a bit bigger than the shades they replaced. That was the first thing I noticed, and they also let more light shine directly through around the bulb. My old frosted shades diffused the light more evenly while these create a brighter hot spot that's a little harder on the eyes if you're looking in that direction. You can actually see that in the product photos, but it wasn't still a surprise so I thought I should point it out.That said, these are nicer in just about every other way. The glass is nicer, the diamond texture looks nicer, and the way they cast light is nicer. They're just nicer. But, they also didn't cost $10 like the ones they replaced so you're definitely getting what you pay for.Installation took maybe three minutes with no tools, and even my big hands fit inside the shade without trouble. If the larger size and brighter glow don't bother you, I think you'll be really happy with them.

These glass lamp shades are such a vibe! Out of the box, I noticed how solid and well-made they are. They’re not flimsy thin glass, they’re thick and beautifully textured. They went on my ugly rental sconce in a snap, less than a minute to install each one and they are a major upgrade. I ordered the amber glass. I think they’re a great value for the price. Can’t recommend them enough!
