Heavy Duty Plastic Sheeting

I own a stone restoration company and need reliable ground coverage when restoring countertops. This plastic is the perfect solution for floor protection. It is durable and doesn’t tear with foot traffic. It’s waterproof for spills and slurry created by honing.

This is a super thick and high quality vapor barrier. Don't bother with the thinner stuff or anything that uses recycled plastic. Recycled plastic plastic sheeting is much weaker and tears a lot easier than virgin plastic like this. This plastic sheeting is almost opaque but it does allow a little bit of light through.

Used this as a vapor barrier under laminate flooring in our basement. It's just as thick and durable as the more expensive stuff. It unrolled easily and went down flat. No weird bubbles to fight with. I'm pleased with it.

This plastic is so heavy-duty that I'm already thinking up more uses for it. I bought it mainly as a vapor barrier underneath a tool shed I'm building, but it's so durable that I'm also using it as a floor covering in my ceramics studio. Walking on it with soft-soled shoes, I think it will last for a long time and be super-easy to clean. It's also good to cut to size and use the same way I'd use tarps, to cover a pile of firewood for a season. It just seems like one of those multi-use materials that it's good to have around.

Worked well in our crawl space just the stick can get caught up with one another if not careful. It really works well though and at the end it was easy to cut and use and place as we needed it to be. It added a nice protection and a layer of protection from vapors as well.

Excellent plastic sheeting. I had some leftover that I got from the local store, and I can’t tell the difference between the two. I plan on using this to set up a paint booth for spraying some cabinet doors. I did unroll this, and it looks great, with no rips or tears, and the plastic is thick and tough.If you are looking for plastic sheeting, whether it’s for waterproofing or just using it to keep the dust off things, I feel it will work great.

Got this as part of a project to add batting insulation to a western facing exterior attic wall that gets quite hot in summer, and lets in a lot of cold in winter. It been something I've wanted to do as an improvement for some years, but put off.I haven't yet installed it, but did inspect it to see if it would do what I want. Was it thick enough to hold up, would I be able to staple it and not have it rip or tear, and did I think it would hold up for years? With some pretesting, I believe the answer to all three questions is yes, with enough confidence to go ahead and use this material in the project.Only time will tell if it may deteriorate with age quickly, or last many years. Hopefully it will work for the long run, but it does look like exactly what I was shopping for, so I'm going to give it five stars. If I run into any problems during installation, I plan to come back and up date the review - whether additional good or some unexpected bad. But so far, it looks good for now, and the price was reasonable for the size of material ordered.
