I already have several DeWalt 20V batteries, so ordering the bare tool made perfect sense. It snapped right onto my existing batteries, and I was able to put it to work immediately without investing in another battery platform.The flathead design is what sold me, and it definitely makes a difference. I was able to reach into tight spots around metal brackets and welds where my standard angle grinder simply wouldn't fit. It's one of those tools you don't realize you need until you have it.The brushless motor has plenty of power for grinding and cutting, and I like having the three speed settings. I used the lower speed for lighter cleanup work and polishing, then bumped it up for more aggressive grinding. Changing speeds is quick and lets you match the tool to the job.The tool feels well balanced, and the adjustable side handle provides good control. I also appreciate that the guard can be repositioned without tools, which makes switching between different tasks much more convenient.If you're already using DeWalt 20V batteries and frequently work in confined spaces, this is a worthwhile addition to the toolbox. It offers the power of a full-size grinder while making jobs possible that would be difficult with a traditional grinder.

Wow, big improve from dewalt DCG412 brush angle grinder. More power output, more safety features, and 3 speed adjust compare to my old dewalt angle grinder. It can cut through 1 inch kitchen stone top smoothly, very impressive.

Impressed with the performance for the price. It has plenty of power, runs smoothly, and the flathead design makes it easy to reach tight spaces. Works perfectly with my DeWalt 20V batteries. A great choice for DIY and light-duty metal cutting and grinding.

I love that this fits Dewalt batteries and one of my favorite features is the variable speed. It’s nice not having the grinder run at full speed when you don’t need to. Great grinder would recommend.

The three speeds are a game changer, not to mention the grinder uses my dewalt batteries. Used it a ton already for cutting and wire wheeling. It’s not any louder than my other corded one. Uses batteries at an average rate. I recommend this grinder 100%.

Very strong. Didn't think it would be that good, but very pleased. Battery life is great, speed is fine and very easy to use. Its my first time but fine.

Very, very nice grinder. Heavy duty all metal gear box. Compatible with Dewalt Battery is one of it's best feature for me.A very solidly built and runs Very Smooth. The 3 speed feature is great for like using the sanding disk. It has plenty ofpower even for being a cordless tool. Very comfortable to hold on to, I realy love it.
