The Good:At 118 inches, this is basically a 10-foot shower hose, and that extra reach can be incredibly useful compared with the short hose included with many handheld showerheads. The additional length makes it easier to rinse the entire shower or tub, wash pets, clean shower walls, assist someone while bathing, or use the handheld showerhead without constantly reaching the end of the hose. It's made from 304 stainless steel with standard G1/2 connections, so it's designed as a replacement or extension for compatible handheld shower setups. The Bad:Ten feet is intentionally LONG. In a tiny shower, all that extra hose may be more annoying than helpful because you have to manage the excess length.Pros:Approximately 10 feet longExcellent reach304 stainless steelStandard G1/2 connectionUseful for cleaning the tub or showerHelpful for bathing petsFlexible replacement hoseCons:Excessively long for some showersExtra hose needs somewhere to hangCompatibility should still be checkedBottom Line:If your current handheld shower hose constantly stops six inches before wherever you actually need it, this solves that problem rather aggressively. Ten feet gives you enough reach to use the showerhead well beyond normal showering.

Recently installed this RALANDA 79 Inch Shower Hose Replacement. It was a Honey Do project. Seems the older one needed to be replaced with a longer one to more easily clean the shower. It’s an extra long, 79” Stainless Steel and Chrome hose. Fortunately, it has the standard G1/2 connectors on each end, so it was easy to connect the hand held shower head we purchased a month earlier. The extended reach is an improvement. It’s easier to wash the shower and its human contents. It’s attractive, sturdy, yet conveniently flexible. A nice, easily installed, practical upgrade at a reasonable price.

Great shower hose for a large shower. Not restrictive at all and an easy install.

This shower hose ended up being pretty good overall and works well as a replacement or upgrade. The extra length is really convenient and makes it much easier to move the shower head around. The hose feels good quality, and the stainless steel exterior gives it a more durable feel compared to cheaper plastic hoses. It is flexible, moves smoothly, and does not kink easily during use.Installation was simple, and the included parts made it easy to get everything connected without issues. Water flow has been good, and I did not notice a drop in pressure after switching.Overall, this is a good quality shower hose that adds extra reach and convenience while still feeling sturdy and well made.

This 10' long 304 stainless steel shower head hose is easy to move around and shower with, and it won't kink regardless of how quickly you move. Some hoses will kink really easy if you move the shower head to fast, but not this one. It's easy and effortless to move about without kinking.Another feature I like about this hose is how long it is. 118" gives you a lot of room to shower comfortably and move around without worrying about reach, or if it's going to kink. To connectivity, this should fit most hand held shower heads as this has 1/2" IPS connections on both ends, and that's the most common. The quality is good too, so much so, that the manufacturer offers a 3 year warranty against defects. You don't get warranties like that on cheap products, you only get them from those who stand behind their products and trust the quality. Otherwise, they'd lose money if they're repeatly replacing their products under warranty.Lastly is value, and considering the quality, warranty and nice look of this hose, I think the current Amazon price of $32.99 is a VERY good deal and why I think that overall, this is a 5 star product. The main reason why, is because I've paid $15+ for cheap shower hoses in the past that didn't even last 6 months. If I'm buying cheap shower hose for $15 that breaks in 6 months, that's 6 hoses over the entire 3 year warranty period of this hose. 6 hoses times $15 dollars over a 3 year period totals $90 plus tax. That comes to nearly 3 times the price of this hose with it 3-year warranty. With tax, the cheap hoses would be 3 times this one over the 3 year period. I don't give a lot of products 5 stars, but this one absolutely deserves it in my opinion for everything I've mentioned, especially the 3 year warranty.

Ralanda 79" Shower HoseI picked up this hose to replace an older plastic one, and overall I’m impressed with the build quality and performance. A few design quirks keep it from being perfect, but it’s still a strong upgrade in most areas.ProsDurable stainless-steel construction. The outer coiled stainless-steel sleeve prevents kinks, doesn’t bunch up, and stretches and retracts smoothly. It feels like a hose that will last for years.Ideal length. At 79", it’s slightly longer than my old hose and hits the sweet spot for our single shower. Long enough to reach anywhere comfortably, but not so long that it drags or dangles awkwardly when the shower head is docked.Screen washers on both ends. This is more filtration than most hoses offer, and it’s a nice touch—especially since grit that gets into a shower head is hard to clean out.Includes an extra screen washer. Always good to have a spare on hand.ConsSmall connector at the shower‑head end. The connector is narrower than standard, so the shower head sits loosely in its holder and tends to flop around. My old hose had a wider plastic collar that fit snugly.Shallow threading on both connectors. They seal fine, but the limited thread depth leaves a lot of exposed male threads, which looks a bit unfinished.ConclusionI really appreciate the stainless-steel build and the kink‑free performance. It lays flat, moves smoothly, and feels like it will outlast the typical plastic hoses by a wide margin. My only real complaint is the connector design—it works, but it feels more like something meant for a toilet or sink connection than a shower head. I may look for an adjustable shower‑head holder to get a tighter fit. For now, it functions well, but the loose fit is noticeable.
