Very Well built excellent Quality. Spray capability is amazing! and works like a charm. The water pressure just blasts! I'm very happy with this commercial faucet. Came with excellent instructions. I make homemade Dog Treats and this works wonderfully getting the dough out of the bowls.

The hose was incredibly easy to install for my 36" stainless steel utility sink in my basement. No leakages after using it multiple times after a month. The nozzle was easy to move and loved the nozzle holder. The PSI for the water flow could be a little more powerful but it does the job well and cleans my items.

I'm doing some home renovation and remodeling and have been wanting an outdoor sink / washing area for a long time now. This model is interesting and feels professional. It gives me flashbacks to when I worked in a kitchen for a bit. The flexible hose allows me to quickly wash dishes and also switch gears to focus on cleaning the sink itself. The ability to change the pressure of the water flow on the fly is great, too, to help power through any foodstuffs that are extra sticky or grimy. I can now wash meat, fish, vegetables, etc. to have them ready for the grill without having to walk all the way back from my kitchen inside on the other side of my house!

Our bar sink, a two hole sink, needed to have a filtered water spigot installed as our city's annual algae bloom made the tap water very nasty tasting and thus affecting our favorite beverages. That filtered water dispenser only used a single hole. After someone poured coke into that sink, I realized I needed a single hole faucet to serve that purpose and this product fit the bill exactly. It was easy to install and looks MUCH better than the original faucet. Also, the compact operation of the valve control left ample room to operate that faucet in the space provided without interfering with the filtered water spigot. I did have a bit of concern about the supply line connection being in a recessed location within the cavity of the valve assembly but my concern was for naught as it holds firmly and the provided seals do NOT require high levels of torque to secure them. The construction feels to be healthy, as in brass and stainless steel; it's fairly heavy which is a good sign. The supply lines provided connect via a standard 3/8 compression but you will need to acquire your own Tee if your existing faucet used a different configuration like mind did (e.g. copper flare). I am very happy with this faucet and recommend it.

I bought two of these faucets for my house. I am very happy with them. I put one in the huge restaurant sink that is in the laundry room, so I can scour dirt, grease, and stains out of clothes before I wash them. The other faucet was installed in a basement kitchenette freestanding triple sink. That sink is 20" deep by 36" wide. I like that the water can be left on, without draining through the faucet, but is still available to the scouring hand-held spray -- which really gets the job done.For the triple sink faucet, I had to order a shorter faucet spout, so that the spout did not extend past my 20" deep sink front rim. That 8 7/16 inch spout is not expensive at $17.99, it arrived very quickly, and was easy to swap in to replace the longer spout that came with this faucet. One of the other reviews gives a link to this spout's Amazon product page, so you can order it from them. I have to say the customer service is truly spectacular. First, I have installed many facets and did a lot of plumbing. Just haven’t installed something like this one. I originally installed the faucet and the hot would not stop leaking. I emailed the seller out of frustration and they sent me another unit. After having the same issue, I emailed the seller again and I wasn’t very nice. They replied and the GM called me from China on a Sunday morning. I contended it was the faucet and he offered to pay for a Plumber to come and to send another unit.After I hung up with him, I went back and went through the directions carefully. Be sure to put one of the washers in the unit before installing the nipple. I feel like an idiot (but I did have the cold side installed without the washer with no leaks).In any event, truly astounded by the customer service and this guy really seems to care and is focused on their reputation, their products and their customers. Seem to be a pretty solid product too.Updated 12/24. Faucet is still going strong with no issues 6 years later. I needed to shorten it and reached out to their customer service because I could lot find a shorter riser pipe in the metric thread. Amazingly, they emailed me back and sent me a shorter riser pipe free of charge. They even followed up the day I received it to make sure it was what I needed. Pretty amazed at the customer service here. Disclosure - paid full price for the original faucet and they didn’t ask me to write a review when they sent the new pipe. Pretty impressed!

We just installed it a day ago and it took a good portion of the day to "assemble" and fit onto our sink. Beware it says 8" center but it's actually 8 5/16". we had to ream out the back wall cutouts from the previous fixture to adjust the fit. Hardest problem was the faucet to hot/cold fittings, this kept leaking and had to take it apart several times to try to correct it, finally after teflon taping and thread sealing 'again' (something we did and always do to all fittings that require it) and much frustration we left it alone for the night, needless to say it's holding and working fine for now. Since this particular offer didn't have any reviews we were on our on but when the leak problem got frustrating I looked at another offer of the same fixture and read their reviews and people discussed their problem with the washers same as us. If it leaks again we will try not tightening it down so hard and see if this corrects the problem. The fixture came with extra O rings and gaskets but not any for the fittings where we had the main problem, and I tried to find them at our local hardware store to no avail, I had to buy what was closet to the size and re-cut them. I wish these gaskets were included in the extras and the tightening issue was mentioned in the instructions, we would of finished the job much sooner and lived without the frustration. All in all I do like it, the spray is strong and flexible. I really like that you can use both the faucet or sprayer without having to flip the handle, the spray is stronger if used on it's setting but strong enough when mixed. The long flat faucet head reaches perfect for filling big pots and rinsing them out. We hope to use this for a long time the company gives it a 5 year warranty but I hope it last longer than that.
