They did not fit my space, so I wasn’t able to install them, but based on the quality and design, I’m sure they would look beautiful once lit. This is a two pack of ceiling lights. The lights have a ceramic shade, with what my wife claims is a poinsettia design in 3D relief on the outside. She is not a botanist. There are little holes in the shade where the seeds or whatever would go.The shade looks very white when unlit but when light goes through it, it has a much warmer color.These are fully open on the bottom - there's no diffuser for the light, so be aware. Depending on the bulb you use, the light could seem harsh under the fixture. I would recommend just using a more diffuse bulb and avoid any problems. It also means they are quite bright for single-bulb fixtures.My house's hallway came with the trifecta of bad lighting - the two lights were ugly and dated, lit poorly, and were mismatched. So these are a huge improvement.If you are familiar with the process of installing ceiling fixtures, there should be no surprises here. A metal ring with flanges attaches to your electrical box. Those flanges hold up the light fixture with two screws. The light's shade is held on with a large nut, like a desk lamp or floor lamp. You can install the fixture without the shade attached, meaning less weight to hold up over your head while you're installing the fixture. Wire nuts and whatnot are included. You'll need a screwdriver and possibly some pliers, but otherwise it's an easy job. No bulbs are included, but it takes regular E26 bulbs, which is probably what your house is already filled with.They are nice fixtures, but fairly small. The base is just barely bigger than a standard electrical box, so if you are replacing a fixture with a large base, make sure the ceiling is in good shape underneath the old base. Thankfully my ceilings looked fine and no weird cracks or unpainted ceiling was waiting for me underneath.
