This is one of those products where I think expectations should match the price. It's okay for what it costs, but there's nothing particularly fancy or heavy duty about it.The 17-inch size gives me a decent amount of room for basic hand tools, small power tools, accessories, or whatever I need to throw together for a particular job. I do like the wide-mouth opening because I can actually see what's inside instead of digging around blindly at the bottom of the bag looking for one screwdriver.There are several exterior pockets for smaller items, and the yellow and black color scheme makes the bag easy to spot in the garage or workshop. The handles are reinforced, the zippers work fine, and overall the bag does what a basic tool bag is supposed to do.The construction is where the price starts to show. It's polyester and feels more like a light to medium-duty homeowner tool bag than something I'd expect to survive years of abuse on a professional jobsite. It's not necessarily poorly made, it just doesn't have the thick material, heavy structure, hardware, or overall substantial feel of the more expensive tool bags I've used.For keeping a collection of tools together in the garage, carrying tools around the house, or making up a dedicated bag for a particular type of job, I think it's perfectly adequate. I just wouldn't buy it expecting premium construction.Overall: It's a decent basic tool bag at an appropriate price. The size is useful, the wide opening makes getting to tools easy, and there are enough pockets to provide some organization. Nothing about it really stands out, good or bad. It's not fancy, it's not especially heavy duty, but it's functional and inexpensive. For the price, it's okay.

I got this compact tool bag to keep our most frequently used tools together, especially the ones I use for maintaining the evaporative cooler. Now everything stays in one convenient place, and I can easily carry it onto the roof when needed.The bag is a practical size, and the outside pockets provide quick access to smaller items. It seems sturdy enough for regular household projects. I would prefer several compartments or a divided section inside, since the main compartment is mostly open. To keep small screws, fittings, and other loose pieces organized, I added several small zippered bags inside. That solution works well, but built-in interior compartments would make the bag even more useful.

This bag has lots of room and could be more rigid but works great for tools. Has a double zipper, material feels quality, and has a few organizing pockets. Fits my needs perfectly.

This 17-in tool bag is a very good durable and sturdy lightweight option to carry your common tools and store them conveniently. The outer pockets are great for handled tools while the other side can hold Fasteners or other small parts in a secure manner using hook and loop closing. The bright yellow color with black accents makes the tool bag stand out and very visible for location as well as safety reasons. The handles function well to effectively allow you to carry the bag in a convenient and comfortable manner. The zipper is very well sewn in and easy to use. The size is accurate according to the listing and the large inter compartment can accommodate several large tools up to 17 inches in length. With the wide opening mouth putting tools into or removing tools from the bag is very easy, and also allows for high visibility for easy location of tools within the bag. The thick nylon fabric will allow you to use this tool bag for many years to come as this type of material is difficult to fray or harm. This bag also is large enough to accommodate various tray and storage systems if you wish to use those in conjunction with the bag. Overall a very versatile tool bag that is good quality and well designed for daily as well as occasional use. Good value for the money for a good lightweight and sturdy tool bag that is convenient and easy to use.

When my oldest kid moved in to his first college apartment, I got one of those pre-made tool kits for him. It was fine, but I realized that it had several tools that weren't really necessary or that we had better extra versions of, and that all of the kits were missing at least a couple tools I thought he should have. Also most of those types of tool kits don't have any space in them to add things if you want to embellish with a few of your own tools.Now that my youngest is getting ready to start college, I decided to make my own tool kit for him this time, starting with this bag. I was debating between this 12 inch or the larger size, but for a small apartment type tool kit this bag is plenty roomy I think.I was able to make a kit full of better quality tools than they pre made kit I'd bought previously usually mostly extras of what we already had around the house. I did purchase I few extra tools but still was able to put the kit together quite reasonably, and right now at the current price of between fifteen and twenty bucks I think this bag is a solid value.The bag is sturdy and well made, including the handle, and the zipper works smoothly. It's basically just one big bag without inside pockets or anything, so keep that in mind are there is nothing inside to separate tools from each other. There are three smaller pouches on the outside though, which are extremely handy for smaller tools and odds and ends. The bag is a little more soft sided and floppy when empty than it looks in some of the photos, but I like how lightweight it is (when nothing is in it at least of course ; ) while still feeling strong and sturdy to hold a lot of tools.

I ordered this tool bag because I wanted something lighter and easier to carry than a regular toolbox. The canvas feels very strong, the stitching is well done, and I like that it has an interior liner that makes the bag easier to clean.The bag is a really good size and can hold plenty of tools for everyday chores and projects around the house. The heavy-duty zippers feel durable, and the wide opening makes it easy to see and reach my tools without having to dig around too much. The three front pockets are convenient for smaller items like electrical connectors and fittings, while the rear pockets work well for taller items such as flashlights and screwdrivers.This has quickly become my new favorite tool bag. It's lightweight, durable, and has plenty of storage for the tools I use most often around the house.
