I used this 8-pack of 10x3-inch heavy-duty steel L-brackets to build custom floating wooden shelves in the garage and workspace. The thick black powder-coated steel is extremely rigid and handles heavy tool boxes and materials without bending or sagging off the wall. The counter-sunk mounting holes allow the included screws to sit flush against the metal frame for a clean, professional look. Spacing them out and anchoring them directly into wall studs created a rock-solid shelving setup that looks great and holds serious weight. Having all the mounting hardware included in the pack made installation fast and hassle-free.

These brackets are a bit thin at under 1" wide, but the steel is thick and not flimsy at all, the elbow is strong, and these work great to support basic shelving, which was my application. Included screws fit in nicely and grip studs well. The length of these brackets means you can put a pretty wide/deep shelf on them, which is great and perfect for my needs. Easy to use, easy to conceal, works great. Great product.

This 8 pack of brackets are strong and well made. They are 3” X 12”. These are heavy duty shelf brackets capable of garage or workshop use. They are much stronger than the hardware store L brackets found in many homes. They are black in color. Depending on the width of the shelf and the weight of the item, you will need long screws fastened into studs or other sturdy material. I would not recommend using drywall anchors because these are designed for heavy objects. I used two of them for in my shed and have paint cans and yard gardening supplies on them using 1 x 10 inch shelving and they are very strong. Well worth the money.

These shelf brackets are super heavy duty. They don't bend. I used a few of of the brackets for a large shelf in my barn, so the barn kitties can sleep up high away from the goats. It's working out quite well, and the shelf doesn't budge. Very nice brackets. Very good size for large projects. Comes with hardware, which is a nice touch.

They measure approximately 9.85" long on the shelf side x almost 3" on the mounting L bracket side x 1" in width. This complete package includes 8 brackets, 16 short screws for the board attachments, 16 longer screws for mounting the brackets to studs, and 16 wall anchors in case no studs are present. They are durably made from solid steel with a nice and consistent matte black rust resistant paint. For this set at $30, it is a good value for the money in my opinion and worth the money. They are sturdy and stable brackets for a good price, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
