I know these are designed for fence post repair but I needed to stake some plants with a wire cage to protect them from wildlife. These worked perfect for this application. They are easy to drive in, hold well and are easily attached to the cage. I drove both the top and bottom portion into the ground as stakes and they both work well.

These work well enough that you can easily prop up an 8' section of fence or even use them instead of pouring concrete for shorter posts in an area where you need light duty posting for example in a small dog run. Very easy to just bolt together the two pieces in about 5 minutes then drive them next to whatever you are propping up. We also have deer that knock over fences and they have not managed to knock over the fence where we propped it up with the stakes. Effective product as a reasonable price. We expect they will weather for a few years at the very least and can probably just be spot painted fomr time to time.

We bought these because our fence was leaning and needed it corrected. We are not handy people and really didn't want to dig new posts. So we decided to give these a try. So glad we did! They work like a charm! Easy to install and it holds our fence up. We bought two sets because our fence is large. Highly recommend.

These Fence Post Stakes are Incredible! New Cedar posts are expensive and take time to install. Time to install is to dig in the new post, and also reconnecting all the cross members. For these repair spikes-- you can install in minutes and they are like new-- stable and secure. Recommend these highly -- was surprised that the stability of the post was as if I put in a new post --- great product.
