These outdoor stair lights are made out of heavy metal that is powder coated. They are about 6 x3 in I will easily fit under the stairs. They are well made and sleek and appearance. The installation is the normal type of insulation for LED lights. All hardware is included for attaching these to the steps. They are bright enough to eliminate the staircase. A good value for the money.

These low voltage stair lights made our dark deck stairs feel much safer and more inviting at night. The 500LM light is bright enough to see each step clearly, but the downward louvers keep the light from feeling harsh. Installation was manageable with the included connectors, though the supplied screws felt a little too long and stripped easily. Using shorter pan-head screws made mounting these outdoor LED step lights much easier.

The lights look great, and every fixture worked after installation. The IP65 aluminum faceplate and large light panel give the steps a clean finished look, and the brightness is useful without being too much. I installed them on natural stone and older electrical boxes, so I had to drill a few extra mounting holes. Better stainless steel mounting screws would make the hardware more durable outdoors.

I installed these outdoor LED step lights on my back deck, and the low-profile surface mount design looks clean without needing extra mounting boxes. The downward louvers direct the light onto the steps instead of into your eyes, and the 3000K warm white setting gives the deck a nice, softer look. The finish looks a little more gray than true flat black, but the 9 inch rectangular faceplate still looks neat and modern.

These low voltage step lights connected easily to my existing landscape lighting system with 16-gauge wire and a compatible 8-12V transformer. The included waterproof wire nuts helped make the connection straightforward, and the lights gave the perfect amount of brightness under my back steps. I like that they are wired outdoor stair lights, so I do not have to depend on solar charging. simple; after securing the cable with staples, these outdoor LED step lights delivered excellent results and provided the perfect amount of illumination for the stairs.
