The magnetic tip on these bits is strong, and the grip on the screw head is good, which made them easy to use. I like that this is a 20-piece set because impact bits can eventually wear, dull, or round out, so having extras on hand means less chance of stopping a project to find a replacement.I used these on a small project driving screws into standard 2x4 lumber and had no issues. The bits held up well during my testing, and the 2" length worked nicely for getting into the work area. I have larger projects like a deck or fence planned once the weather permits, and I expect this set will be useful for those as well. The included storage box is also a nice touch for keeping all the bits together.

These PH2 magnetic driver bits come in a secure plastic case, and I actually got an unexpected opportunity to test how secure that case is. I dropped it, and I was sure that was the end of the case and probably the bits. The case survived without any damage, although it did pop open and belch out all but two of the 20 bits. Fortunately, there was no damage to either the case or the bits.The bits are advertised as magnetic, and technically they are, but I wouldn't buy these expecting a particularly strong magnetic hold. The magnet is strong enough to hold a 2-inch screw, which may be enough to prevent some screws from falling off the bit, but it's not what I'd consider a strong magnetic connection. I have other tools and gadgets that provide a considerably stronger magnetic hold.Where these bits really shine is the quality of the bits themselves. After a moderate amount of use, they hold the screw grooves very well with little to no slipping. I also saw no noticeable rounding or wear. In fact, after using them, the bits still looked more or less new.So despite my disappointment with the magnetic strength, I think these are very good driver bits. The bits themselves appear to be high quality and are holding up well. Just take the word "magnetic" with a grain of salt—the magnetic feature is there, but don't expect it to provide a particularly strong hold.

This review is for 30pc 1" PH2 Phillips Impact Bit Set, with a Bit Holder, S2 steelAnti-Slip Magnetic Tip, CNC Machined, 1/4" Hex-Shank Driver Bits, Storage Box, phillips #2 from the ROTATION StoreGreat bits, great price. They fit tight into a PH2 screw head with no slipping or sloppiness. If they don't fit, you probably don't have a PH2 screw head.I tried to abuse them and the screw / screw head always gave out before I saw damage to the bit end. I expect that these 30 bits are going to last me a long time. Note that you have to be a bit careful given the toughness of these bits. Don't set your driver to "drill" or over torque - the bit will not show the fault - it will be the screw shearing off inside the material or the head twisting off before anything would happen to the bit with most screw materials. Especially those screws made of Chinesium.

I've owned a lot of Phillips bits over the years. Most of them have one life goal: strip the screw, round themselves off, and disappear into another dimension behind the toolbox.These, however, seem to have chosen a different career path.The magnetic tips are strong enough that I actually spent less time crawling around on the floor saying, "Where did that screw go?" I may have even finished a project without donating three screws to the garage gremlin who lives under my workbench.The bits fit PH3 screws securely, and the machining is good enough that I wasn't fighting cam-out every five seconds. Instead of hearing that dreaded "brrrrt" while the screwdriver attempted to create modern art, the screws actually turned.The storage case is also a nice touch. For the first time in my life, I know exactly where all 20 bits are...although I'm sure by next weekend they'll begin migrating to random drawers, jacket pockets, and the mysterious coffee can labeled "Important Stuff."After several projects, the tips still look great and haven't rounded off like some bargain-bin bits I've used in the past.Would I recommend them? Absolutely.Now if someone could invent bits that automatically put themselves back in the case after I'm done, I'd gladly pay extra.

I go through PH2 bits pretty regularly, so I like having a whole box of them. These are 2 inches long, which I prefer. They fit well in my impact driver and the tips seat nicely in the screws. The magnetic tips are also helpful for holding a screw in place long enough to get it started, especially when I’m working one-handed. The bits feel solid and have held up well so far with normal construction and repair work. I also like that all 20 come in a small storage case because loose bits always seem to disappear in my tool bag. Also, having this many identical replacements on hand means I’m not digging around looking for another one every time one gets worn or misplaced. It’s a simple set, but it’s exactly the kind of thing that’s useful to have around if you use an impact driver regularly.

These are very similar in quality to the name brand version that also shares the red color. I got the short 1" version of these. The bits came in a flip top storage box with a short extension. The extension has a magnet to hold the philips bit in the extension. The magnet below the bit does give the bit a small magnetic field so it does actually pick up screws. It doesn't hold them super tight but helps stabilize the screw as you start. I like to use "finder driver" extensions with these bit which have a sliding sleeve to hold a screw as you drive it. While these are impact rated just like all of them on the market, they do eventually wear out. And the more you use that impact driver the quicker they wear out. At least they are priced well for the amount of bits you get, especially if get the 1" version.

These 2" long PH2 screwdriver bits work great and there's enough to last a long time as they wear out.I ordered the 2" size. The 2" work well in cordless drills, 1/4" impact drivers, and 1/4" screwdriver handles. There are 20 of the bits included and they come in a hinge top plastic case. The case is clear with a red lid so you can see how many you have left easily. The bits fit Phillips head screws well and work well without slipping out. PH2 is the most common Phillips head screw size. The hex is just under 1/4" and the length of the bits is just under 2". I weighed one bit at 0.28 ounce. The total weight of all the bits with case is 6.63 ounce. The case measures approximately 2.8" by 2" by 1.3".Using them the magnetic attraction is not too strong so it doesn't get in the way but it's enough to hold a screw on the bit and make installing screws easier. The length works well and I had no issues.These bits do wear down over time but this set comes with a lot so it should last a long time before I go through all of the bits.

The ROTATION 20pcs 2" PH2 Anti-Slip Magnetic Impact Screwdriver Bits Set arrived in two days. It comes in a nice little plastic storage case, but unfortunately, the case was loose in the bottom of the shipping bag when it arrived, with several bits scattered around.Even though I couldn't find an actual hole in the bag, two bits were missing. That's not a great start for a 20-piece set.The magnetic strength is also minimal. They will pick up a 2" screw from the bench, but they don't hold that screw particularly well when you're getting ready to drive it.Bottom line, these are adequate bits that have proven fairly durable so far. I've actually had screws strip before the bits have. The weak magnetic strength and inaccurate quantity are definitely knocks against them, but as standard driver bits, I'm satisfied with them overall.
