I ordered the AXILAND plug-in black wall sconce with the pleated linen shade, and it is of excellent quality. The black metal finish and pleated shade give it a stylish, mid-century modern appearance.The sconce has a nice, substantial weight to it. It is not overly heavy, but it is definitely not flimsy, lightweight, or cheaply made. It appears sturdy, durable, and well constructed.The plug-in design is convenient, and the dimmer switch allows the brightness to be adjusted as needed. It is also versatile, as stated in the online description, and can be used in a bedroom, living room, hallway, or another area of the home.Most importantly, the sconce is an exact duplicate of the one shown online—it looks exactly as pictured. Overall, it offers excellent quality, an attractive appearance, versatility, and good value for the price. The installation did require my having to get a licensed person to install it for me, but overall, I am very pleased. The price depends on what the individual is seeking. This accent light is well‑made, attractive, and incredibly easy to hang. The simple design works anywhere, and the built‑in switch makes placement flexible. The on/off button sits lower on the power cord, which makes it much easier to reach. I mounted it using Velcro so I wouldn’t have to put a hole in the wall, and it still looks beautiful while giving off a nice, balanced amount of light.

Very cute mid-century lamp. I'm not sure if it's completely mid-century, but it certainly has a unique design appeal. Especially the shade. It comes with the lampshade and a 6-ft long cord with a power switch on it. So though it mounts to the wall it still needs to plug into an outlet. Uses standard base bulb.The shade mounts with a screw type fitting that is very secure. There's no finial as you can see from the pictures. The housing is made of metal and it comes with a standard electrical box mounting bracket. The shade appears to be like a linen with little striations or lines of threads in it. Very cute

I have a storage closet in my house that has no hard wiring for lighting. For years, I have used a lamp to light up the closet. However, I never liked the fact that I had to take up space on one of the shelves just to provide lighting for the space since it is a small closet as it is. So, when I saw this plug-in wall light, I figured it would be a great solution to my problem.Although it’s only a simple wall light, the light still arrived in professional packaging with all the parts protected in thick styrofoam insulation, which I really appreciated. I attached a photo for you to see. And I was really impressed with the quality of the metal hardware and the light shade. It actually seemed somewhat of a waste to use it in a storage closet because of how nice it looked.The light uses E26 sockets which is great for the storage closet because I am able to use higher watt bulbs to provide bright lighting. The light was also very easy to install. You just screw the back mount to the wall and then the light slides right into place. And it worked perfectly with no flickering at all in the lighting.$50 may seem high for a wall mounted plug in light, but this is a very well-made light that looks and feels really good. And it was extremely easy to install – you pretty much just screw in the mounting bracket, screw in a bulb, plug it in, and flick the switch on. I definitely recommend it.

This is nice looking wall lamp/sconce, has the option of mounting directly on the wall with the included mounting bracket or you can mount this to an electrical box allowing the lamp to be controlled by a switch. The fixture is nice brass color with a classic/modern appearance. The shade is white linen but when lit, the shade has a nice tan/beige color to it. This light would nice as a bedside wall lamp or use it next a chair for a reading lamp. This might be something to consider for bathroom vanity lights as well. It is a really nice looking lamp with good finishes and attention to detail. The shade and metal of the lamp are free from marks or irregular finishes. Everything you would need to mount this to wall or electrical box is included. As it comes, this is a plug in lamp you mount on the wall via the included bracket. It plugs in with a standard electrical plug and has an inline on/off switch. Nice looking lamp that could go in so many places. Nice upgrade too if you are looking to replace an older broken lamp. Would order again.
