Installation was fun. I measured the space well to avoid cutting too much. The adhesive stuck well at first, although I had to reinforce one corner because the tension from the cable made it peel off.Over time, the durability of the lights has been consistent.I haven’t seen flickering or color changes. The appearance of the room changed completely, especially at night. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was one section that lost adhesion after a few days. Not a big deal, but unexpected. In real situations, like when I’m working or watching movies, the lights create a nice atmosphere without being too bright.

An efficient source of 4000 lumens output

[Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT]
I use these for outdoor lighting along a soffit using a UL-listed LED driver. This LED strip meets all its specifications for length, wattage, LED count, and lumen output. Few specifications are on the box (only length), but I examined several characteristics: The controller is rated 24V 1.5A. The LED strips came in two strips of 7.5 meters (24 feet 7 inches) each, hence the total length specified of (almost) 50 feet. These are "smart" strips that include a controller for on/off and brightness from a manual button, also controllable via Wi-Fi and the proprietary Android and iOS app that works OK. I found the LEDs to be SMD 2835s in 450pcs per strip for two strips, or 60pcs/meter. The current is about 13mA per LED which gives 4000 lumens total from 36 watts. The strips are 8mm wide with cuts every 100mm with 6 LEDs per cut. This makes the device reasonable efficient and easily controlled.

Simple yet versatile LED lighting kitSimple yet versatile LED lighting kit

[Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT, Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT]
Unlike many under cabinet lighting kits, this one includes two spools of LED strip lights and two output jacks...allowing one to install the controller in a central location while feeding power in 2 separate directions. No splicing required. These LED strips have a self-adhesive backing that actually works well to hold the lighting strips in place.Trimming the length is accomplished by cutting with scissors at predefined points every 4 inches, with 6 LEDs per segment. The low profile of these strips and the associated power jacks makes for a virtually invisible install beneath (in my case) kitchen cabinets. This light set could easily be adapted to lighting cabinets with multiple shelves by soldering extension wires to the electrical contacts that are present every 4 inches at each cut/trim point. The controller mounts securely by it's adhesive (see photo) patch that's already installed on the rear of the controller. Dimming/brightening of the LEDs is accomplished by depressing either of the control buttons or via the app that allows remote control via a smart phone or tablet. The controller remembers the last brightness setting when powered off & on for convenience. The LED emitters on these lighting strips are small but are surprisingly bright and are spaced evenly to provide very consistent lighting without any 'hot spots' or dark areas...the effect is a nice, even glow that provides great illumination for my countertops. Honestly, these LED strip lights provide enough illumination that I can leave my overhead lighting turned off and adjust the brightness for a pleasant glow that illuminates our entire kitchen at night. These aren't the clunky, large LED tape strips that proliferated the market a few years ago. These are very thin & non-descript. There are no compression connectors necessary to connect them to the controller - just a standard, familiar DC coaxial jack that can only be plugged in one way for power in and power out to the LED lights themselves. This kit is a very simple way to add lighting that has a professionally installed appearance with minimal effort. A very convenient way to add attractive & useful accent lighting with safe DC voltage that's perfect for kitchen use.

Very handy Smart LEDs!

[Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT]
These are a very bright white color at 6500k. There are 4 brightness settings, though, which covers a pretty useful range of light. I tried them out under kitchen cabinets and in the garage and they provided useful lighting in both areas. The kit comes with two 25-foot-long strands of LED bulbs, each with its own plug coming off the controller. You won’t get 50 feet end-to-end, you’ll get two 25-foot lengths with a common starting point. The lights pair up easily with Alexa, as long as you have a 2.4G WIFI network available. The adhesive backing is fine for the weight of the light strips – just make sure to clean the surface you’re mounting them to really well. I use something else to hold them in place while I’m deciding how to configure light strips like this before I commit to using the attached adhesive backing. You can cut the strips shorter, but I always like to keep things like this intact and just cover up any extra unwanted lights. These are versatile lights – pretty much open to your imagination and electrical outlet availability. I’d recommend placing them somewhere protected, as they’re not built with much shielding – but they seem durable enough to last a long time. I've only had them for a couple of weeks, but if they last me a year or so - I'd say they are a good value.

Excellent way to light up my display wall.

[Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT]
These DAYBETTER 50 ft Smart WiFi White LED Strip Lights completely transformed my display wall into a high-end, gallery-style showcase. The 50-foot length provided more than enough coverage to frame the entire perimeter and highlight individual shelves without needing extra extensions. The brightness and color temperature are spot-on, making everything on display pop without creating harsh shadows. Connecting them to Wi-Fi was seamless, and using the app to adjust brightness, set schedules, and use voice commands makes daily operation effortless. The included control box is compact and easy to tuck away out of sight, keeping the whole setup clean and professional. The adhesive backing stuck firmly to the wall right out of the box, and the lights have remained rock-solid ever since. If you want to elevate a display wall or accent lighting setup, this kit is an incredible value and works flawlessly.

Bright, Clean White Light Smart Light stripBright, Clean White Light Smart Light strip

[Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT, Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT]
These DAYBETTER LED strip lights are a great option if you want bright, clean white lighting without spending a lot. The 6500K white is definitely on the cooler, brighter side, so they work especially well for areas where you want good visibility, such as under kitchen cabinets, around a work area, in a bedroom, or along shelving. The 50-foot length gives you plenty to work with, and having 720 LEDs helps the lighting look more even rather than having obvious dark gaps between each light. They get quite bright at full power, but I really like that they are dimmable since you can lower them when you want more subtle lighting.Setup is fairly straightforward, and the control box gives you an easy way to operate them without always needing your phone. The WiFi features are also convenient. Being able to control the lights through Alexa or Google Assistant is especially useful when the strips are installed somewhere that isn't easy to reach. Voice control makes it easy to turn them on or off or adjust the brightness without hunting for a remote. The adhesive backing makes installation simple on a clean, smooth surface. As with most LED strips, I would recommend cleaning the area really well before applying them so the adhesive has the best chance of staying in place long-term.One thing to keep in mind is that these are white-only lights rather than RGB color-changing strips. For me, that's actually a plus if you're looking for practical lighting instead of decorative colored lighting. The bright white gives everything a crisp, clean appearance and is much more useful for task lighting.Overall, these are versatile, bright, easy to control, and you get a lot of lighting for the price. They aren't the most durable set of lights I have purchased but for most uses, they will work fine. The combination of the long strip, high LED count, dimming, WiFi control, and smart-home compatibility makes them a good value for lighting cabinets, bedrooms, living rooms, shelves, workspaces, or other areas around the house.

Makes furniture look more intentional and polishedMakes furniture look more intentional and polished

[Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT, Color: Daylight White, Size: 50FT]
I really like these LED strip lights. The adhesive backing is sticky enough to hold well, but it does not feel so aggressive that it will automatically damage paint or furniture—as long as you remove it carefully and don’t just rip it off.The lights are bright and adjustable, which makes them useful for different spaces and moods. I used them around my entertainment center, and they made it look much more intentional and artful instead of like the furniture was just placed there randomly.I would definitely purchase more of these for other areas of the house, especially for undercabinet lighting in the kitchen or maybe around a bookshelf. One note: I do not own Alexa or Google Home, so I did not test the smart assistant features. I’m reviewing them based on the lighting, adhesive, brightness, and overall setup.
