Needed a replacement charger for my DeWalt 12V/20V Max batteries, and this one does the job perfectly. it does what it needs to do ... stick a battery on it and it charges it with similar performance to the DCB107 the listing compares it to.it is not a fast charger, but the hubby doesn't typically care as he has enough branded and aftermarket batteries for handle the amount of work I can get him to do before he gets distracted.the main problem as others have noted is the label makes no sense. Someone took half the label of the dewalt charger (see image) and kept the less important half. The OEM label would help, but the led's are swapped.at least the led is green and when done turns solid green. This makes more sense than some chargers that use a solid red led to indicate charge complete.the more interesting question is what the provided manual says about leaving a battery on the charger - "please don't". The hubby immediately stuck a battery on it and left it for a days with no obvious problems, so can't state it's actually a problem. fwiw, the DCB107 specifically says you can leave a battery on it.all batteries tested with below 4Ah capacity charged fine. An aftermarket battery labelled 5Ah but really more like 3.5Ah charged, but eventually a red flashing led indicating a heat or some other problem occurred after the charger showed solid green for a while.overall, it's a decent little charger in a market that is getting crowded. Similar units are available +/- a few dollars, some claiming fast charge capabilities, so value for money is about average.

I wanted a spare charger to put in my tool bag for those times that I do some work away from the house. I ordered the 1 Pack Replacement for Dewalt 12V/20V Max Battery Charger DCB107 from the Ibanti Store. The charger is compact size and my DeWalt, or compatible batteries easily fit and snapped on and off the charger. It charged a number of different Ah batteries, from 2 to a 9 Ah without any problems. After charging, the battery’s charge indicator showed a full charge and when used in a tool, the battery performed as well as batteries charged in the OEM battery chargers.This is a pretty good unit. I like that smaller size as I constantly try to pack more and more things in my tool bag. The electric charging cord is removable, which is both a good and bad thing. Good- Not having it attached to the unit will help keep it from damage at the connection during storage and transit. Bad- Greater chance of becoming permanently separated from the charger.The cost of the charger is very comparable with a number of other aftermarket chargers available. At $23 it is only a few dollars less than original DeWalt chargers. I would say that it is a fair value for the cost.

This functions exactly like the original. The contacts are good and solid with both 12 and 20V batteries. They seem to charge just as quickly as the original. The indicator lights seem accurate and easy to read. There are screw slots on the base for mounting on the wall. The power cord is detachable on this one, with a "razer cord" type of plug, so you could easily replace the cord if needed. The original is hard wired, so that's a bit of a plus for this one.I fault ALL the chargers I have for not providing an easier way to mount solidly on the wall, this one included. If you are going to mount on the wall, you need to mount them much more solidly than is possible with just a couple screw slots on the back. They should all have through holes at all 4 corners, and come with screws that are the correct length to go through the entire housing. But that's not a peeve with this one in particular. That's all of them.As far as value, this seems priced competitively with other aftermarket chargers, and significantly cheaper than the OEM. And it has the same footprint as the OEM. If I were going to buy (and pay full price) for an aftermarket charger, I'd probably go for one of the double ones, or else a single one with a smaller footprint. But this one looks and works just like the OEM, and that's just great.
