These hexagon lights provide excellent brightness and illuminate the entire garage much better than the regular lights I had before. The white light is clear and evenly distributed, making it easier to see while working on different projects.The pieces connected securely, and the finished five-grid design looks clean and modern on the ceiling. The lights feel sturdy, and everything needed for assembly was well organized.I especially like how they transformed the appearance of the garage while also making the space more functional. They provide plenty of light without noticeable flickering.

I haven't installed these hexagon garage lights yet, so I can't fairly comment on the actual 18,480-lumen light output, the three dimming levels or how they perform over time. My review at this point is based on the components and construction as received.This is a substantial 5-grid setup rated at 168W with 6500K cool white LEDs. Looking over all of the pieces, everything appears nicely made. The light bars and connectors fit together well, the components feel sturdy, and I didn't find any obvious manufacturing or quality-control issues.Because this is electrical equipment, one thing I specifically looked for was a recognized safety certification. I would feel better if the product carried a UL listing, particularly for something that may be permanently installed in a garage or shop.I had my electrician look everything over as well, and he felt that the components and overall construction appeared to be well built. That gave me more confidence in the quality, although I would still prefer to see the additional reassurance of a UL safety listing but you should have your electrician take a look at it first for your own piece of mind.I really like the five-hexagon honeycomb design and think the 6500K light should be great for a garage or work area where bright, crisp lighting is important. The three-level dimming is also a nice feature since nearly 18,500 advertised lumens is a lot of light when you don't need maximum brightness.The price is good for the size and apparent quality of the system. I'm looking forward to getting it installed, and based on what I can evaluate beforehand, I'm pleased with the construction. My only real hesitation is the lack of the UL listing I would prefer to see on this type of product.

I initially though these were going to look a bit ridiculous in my shop, but I'm a man of a certain age, where you can never have too many lumens in the room, especially if you're trying to work in 64ths and 128ths of inches. The area of my shop where this went up has a 9' drop ceiling with 2'x2' tegular tiles above it (don't judge, it was all left over from office renovation for a fancy law group) so I had to do some crafting to adequately mount everything, but all in all the installation went pretty straight forwardly.The cumulative light provided turned out fantastically great. It's nearly as good as a fully illuminated ceiling, so now no matter where I am on my central Festool bench I'm not left squinting and trying to look around shadows. The daylight color temperature is my actual preference, so that was great, and although the dimming feature is a bit fiddly with having to cycle through all to get to one, it's not something that I much ever mess with since I'm more interested in functionality than ambiance.The grid definitely invites opinions, and I'm beginning to believe more than a little jealousy as I've recently noticed several friends are suddenly turning their shop and garage ceilings into luminous bee hives. The lights' performance does not appear to stress the fixtures much at all, if residual heat is any indication. Even without the usual aluminum back plate heat sinking these still operate without getting anything beyond just warmGiven their anticipated life expectancy and monthly energy savings over that lifetime, I think these are a very reasonable value for the money that is a sensible response to the challenges of living under a scene of stable genius wars, tariffs and worsening inflation. Finding something that can put out this much light in such a small sized package, with a lifespan that will see it pay for itself many times over just makes too much sense today.

These hexagon LED light strips are a super cool looking light solution. They are very simple to put together starting with a Y connector you attach two strips and continue around with the V connectors until you have six strips connected together. Then you attach the power cord to the opening in the Y connector and plug it in to turn it on. It is easier to assemble than most building block sets.There are multiple design setups you can create with the number of connectors and strips that are included providing many options for your needs. There are multiple mounting options included as well from zip ties to wall mounting hardware. There is an extra power cord without a plug for a hard wire option as well.This kit allows for multiple usage options including home, shed, garage, camping, vendor displays, etc… as long as you have a 110 volt power source available. High quality components able to be quickly setup and broke down at a great price for such a versatile lighting set.

I have a pool equipment and other mechanical room under my home where the ceiling is very low, especially with all the wires and pipes as it is an unfinished area. By moving some electrical wires and freeing up some space in the room under the floor joist, i was able to mount the 5 hex size in a pattern that put a TON of light into the room. I won't use the diming feature due to my application, but it does work perfectly as per the instruction manual. I used a combo of the screws and the zip ties attached to screws at locations where the connectors did not align with the joist. Hard wired it into an existing gang switch and it works great. Very bright as one can see in the pictures. Best part is that it uses very little head room for the location. The lights do not get very hot when on for awhile. These are very worth the asking price as it would have taken many individual lights to accomplish the same brightness and the installation would have been more expensive. I have these lights in my garage as well and the best way to install is to know where the first connection will be and work your pattern up as you go, attaching one with the power on and go from there until it works for your space. Can highly recommend these lights.

While I haven't completed my installation yet, I wanted to share my initial impressions because they have been extremely positive. The packaging was excellent, with all components arriving well-protected and organized. Everything was secured properly, and there was no damage or concern about parts shifting during shipping.The light bars, connectors, and hardware all feel like quality components. Nothing about this kit feels cheap or flimsy. The materials, finish, and overall presentation give the impression of a premium product designed to last. It's clear that some thought went into both the product and the packaging experience.I'm currently remodeling my garage, and these hexagon lights are going to be a centerpiece of the space. The honeycomb design looks fantastic, and based on my inspection of the components, I'm excited to get them installed and see the final result. The ability to dim the lights is a great feature, and the overall design should provide a modern, professional appearance.So far, the quality, packaging, and presentation have exceeded my expectations. If the installation and lighting performance match this initial impression, I expect these lights will be a fantastic addition to my garage remodel. The lighting kit arrived in a simple cardboard package with each section neatly packed. The bright white finish looks clean and professional, and the detail was on point throughout every piece. The Durable Design Solid Material gives confidence that these lights are made for long term use.I got this for my garage where I work on Kit Car projects, and the difference was noticeable immediately. The lights were easy to install and the modular design Fit Perfect on the ceiling. Once connected they felt almost Plug and Play, considering all the assembly that's required.
