Good grip and saved us from a garage bill.Good grip and saved us from a garage bill.

[Size: 6pcs, Size: 6pcs]
My son had a rounded off wheel nut on his car from not using the proper sockets. We got these to try but was skeptical. We were to stubborn to take it to a garage which would have cost more than this nut removal kit. We aren’t skeptical any more. These sockets really grip and had not trouble at all removing the wheel nuts. They were super easy to use and kept us from spending money on a garage bill. They are well built sockets that have no trouble gripping. Well made set.

Works Good, Attachment Could Be Stronger

[Size: 6pcs]
I’ve used it a few times now and overall it works pretty well for removing lug nuts, has good grip. It definitely makes the job easier and for normal use I haven’t had any problems with it. My only complaint is the attachment could have been made a little stronger. It feels like it might be the weak point if you really have to put a lot of force on a stubborn lug nut, but only time will tell the durability, will update if it breaks. For regular stuff it’s been fine, but I don’t think I would trust it for anything too heavy. Still a useful tool and worth 4 stars for me.

Strong CR-MO Material and great for rounded off bolt heads

[Size: 6pcs]
Awesome tool set, impact rated which is great because it is CR-MO tough material that will not break. Although, for a lot of rounded off bolt heads you probably want to use a manual ratchet. Used this for removing a rounding off bolt and it got it out no problem, if rust was really bad, may not have worked, but this thing worked like a charm. You can feel comfortable impacting or wrenching with these! Has the most common lug sizes which are also common in other applications. Also comes with a carrying case which is a good value for the money. Easy to use as any other socket.

Out here you often run into a nut or lug nut that you have to either split, try to heat up without damaging anything, or weld something on it to get a hold of it.While I, Thankfully, have not had need of these just yet, the time these save is invaluable, because I can pretty much guarantee that I will encounter a rounded off trailer wheel lug nut every year. The splines in these sockets have a really good bite to them and the sockets are made of a good metal to handle some serious force. Most sets of this size come with a knockout tool, and I am glad one is included here as well.

A Lifesaver When Those Lug Nuts Refuse to CooperateI recently tackled a stubborn set of lug nuts on my 2015 SUV that had been corroded into a near‑impossible grip. The 6‑piece Lug Nut Removal Tool set (17‑22 mm) turned what could've been a half‑hour wrestling match into a quick, painless swap. The sockets slide right onto a standard 1/2″ impact wrench, and the reverse‑spiral design bites into the stripped heads like a shark, letting the torque flow outward instead of slipping. The moment I felt that solid, metallic “grip” on the first nut, I knew these weren’t just another gimmick.Build quality is where this kit really shines. Each socket is forged from chromium‑molybdenum steel, which gives it a dense, almost buttery weight and a finish that holds up to rust, oil, and the occasional drop in the garage. The reverse thread isn’t just a novelty; it actually prevents the socket from backing out while you’re applying heavy impact. I’ve tried a few cheaper extractors that either rounded off the nut or simply shattered after a couple of uses. This set has taken the pounding without any signs of wear—no nicked edges, no stripped threads. These were a great deal. The included EVA case is a thoughtful touch that makes storage and transport a breeze. The pockets are snug enough that the sockets stay in place, yet you can pull them out quickly without fumbling. I’ve already tossed the whole kit into my roadside‑assist bag, and the case’s rugged exterior survived a tumble from the trunk without a crack. It’s also handy for keeping the sockets separate from my other tools, so I never waste time fishing for the right size.Overall, this 6‑piece twist‑socket set has earned a permanent spot in my toolbox. It handles stripped, damaged, and rusted lug nuts with confidence, and its durable construction means I won’t be hunting for a replacement anytime soon. If you’ve ever been stuck on a driveway with a seized wheel, this set will save you both time and a whole lot of frustration.

Excellent Grip on Damaged Lug NutsExcellent Grip on Damaged Lug Nuts

[Size: 6pcs, Size: 6pcs]
I added this lug nut removal set to my toolbox, and it worked exactly as intended. I used it to remove a damaged lug nut that a regular socket could no longer grip, and the reverse spiral design locked on securely. The sockets are made from sturdy steel and held up well under impact wrench use. The different sizes cover the most common lug nuts, making the set useful for a variety of vehicles. The included EVA storage case keeps everything organized and makes it easy to find the correct socket when needed.Overall, this is a well-made extractor set that performs well on stripped or damaged lug nuts. It’s a great tool to have on hand for DIY automotive repairs or emergencies.

Works well. Can take abuse.Works well. Can take abuse.

[Size: 6pcs, Size: 6pcs]
My son purchased a car recently. We noticed that some lug nuts were rusting and not able to have a typical socket put over them. We needed this set of removal tools to grip some of the nuts.It took the largest size to barely grip it, but it worked. I imagine there could be larger sizes offered in this set because some lug nuts are much bigger. However, it solved our problem, and we didn’t have to pay for a garage to swap them out with newer ones. It comes with an adapter to use a drill or screw impact gun. The small shaft could be helpful to hammer out the stuck lug nut in case it gets molded into the removal tool. The sockets seem like quality metal and can take much abuse. The grip is aggressive to grab hold of anything you put it over. I’m glad to have this tool for any future issues of any nut or bolt that has lost some of its shape.

I’ve used quite a few damaged lug nut extractor sets over the years, and this one immediately stood out.The sockets are surprisingly substantial, with a nice amount of weight, a clean black finish, crisp laser markings, and very well-machined reverse spiral flutes. They arrived completely clean—no heavy machining oil or greasy residue—and were ready to use right out of the package. What impressed me almost as much as the sockets themselves is the storage case. Rather than a flimsy molded plastic tray, everything is secured in a dense layered foam organizer with a durable synthetic carbon-fiber-style top layer and a sturdy clear clamshell cover. The case is compact, keeps each piece firmly in place, and doesn’t waste space. It’s one of the nicest storage solutions I’ve seen for a set this size. The included drift punch is a thoughtful addition for knocking fasteners back out of the sockets after extraction. Are these Snap-on quality? Probably not—and I wouldn’t expect them to be. But they’re also nowhere near Snap-on pricing. For the average mechanic, serious DIYer, or anyone who wants a quality extractor set without spending tool-truck money, I think this kit strikes an excellent balance between quality, presentation, and value. For me, the improved fit, finish, organization, and overall presentation easily justify spending a little more than the cheapest extractor sets on the market. This is a tool set I would actually enjoy pulling out of the toolbox. My only complaint is the included drill adapter. For a serious heavy duty lug nut extractor set like this, it’s unnecessary, weakens the kit and doesn’t match the intended use of these sockets. I’d rather they had left it out altogether. less is more!
